Horrível. Assentos apertados, me colocaram em uma cadeira que não reclinava e fazia muito calor sem ar condicionado. Uma viagem de 7 horas que foi um pesadelo

I'd like to give a big Thank you to ALSA for upgrading us to a "comfort bus" which was a nice surprise. We will continue to ride with ALSA and highly recommend this bus service. Thank you again for fascilitating our needs.

Alsa buses are fine, most now come with a small 7 inch screen and using earphones you can pick from a reasonable selection of movies albeit in Spanish. Premium adds a single seat option, larger mor ... Premium adds a single seat option, larger more comfy seats and more options on your screen. USB charging as well plus a waitress. What more do you expect for the price??
