They either didn't check the ticket or didn't ever say there would need to be a change of bus, ... The drivers didn't speak the same language and didn't know where they were going. This was a night trip. They either didn't check the ticket or didn't ever say there would need to be a change of bus, but ended up not going to Paris, they went to Luxembourg. When asked at that bus station they said they were going next to Lyon. Asked early in the trip which Paris station the bus was headed to and they didn't tell me this was the wrong bus. Felt very vulnerable - had to leave the bus in Luxembourg at a dark, unpopulated bus station. Never will travel with them again.
Awful service. Had booked a front seat online but driver refused the seats to anyone, customer service line useless, driver rude, bus very late with no easy way to get updates. We picked this bus as it suited our transfer times, wish we had not. Toilets filthy, no soap (glad i carry some cleaning goods with me)
Rescheduled our night bus to the following day with less than 48 hours notice. We were forced to buy expensive last minute flights instead, and after 7 weeks of constantly sending emails, I have only ... We were forced to buy expensive last minute flights instead, and after 7 weeks of constantly sending emails, I have only received one email in response to our refund request stating that because we took the bus (which we obviously didn't) they won't refund us. They strategically have no phone number, so there is no way to communicate other than emails which will be ignored. Do not book with this company, the amount of money you save compared to other transport will be completely overshadowed by their reluctance to refund and the cost of last minute alternative transport should anything go wrong. Could not recommend them or their customer service any less.

Eine super start für kaputt Urlaub, keine bus, keine auskunft, eifach kunde zu fuß gelassene. 100% nie wieder. Nicht nur meine verbindung, nur beschewerung uber ganz morgen bus linien. Mala experiencia, la hora de llegada a BCN era a las 23.00, solo entrar en el autocar, se nos dijo que llegariamos dos horas Mas tarde. Paramos en sitios que no estaban anunciados en la web. El autoca ... Mala experiencia, la hora de llegada a BCN era a las 23.00, solo entrar en el autocar, se nos dijo que llegariamos dos horas Mas tarde. Paramos en sitios que no estaban anunciados en la web. El autocar sucio, y en mal estado, no funciona el conector para cargar mòbil, a medio camino pinchamos una Rueda, según nos dijeron, ya se observaba deteriorada antes de la salida en Lyon. Legamos a Barcelona a las 4.30 de la madrugada.

They asked for my bank details and them they stopped answering. I contacted them again and they did exactly the same. They stop answering and of course they didn't give me my refund. They basically stole my money , but also treated me as if I was stupid. There are many other bus options which are.also affordable.and muh better buses and customer service. I will never use it again. DON'T CHOOSE IT!
