I bought 2 tickets to go to charleroi airport with my wife at 00 a.m. on 19/10/2022 (tickets no. 21370502 & 21370503). Due to security agents strike the driver which came at 1 a.m. refused to take us, ... Due to security agents strike the driver which came at 1 a.m. refused to take us, and we kept freezing in the station up to 4 a.m. and no driver come. I asked to refund my tickets because i didn't use them but they LIED and said that I used it. And stop replying. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL PRICE!!
Try to avoid at all cost. I paid 16eur, the bus never came, and they refuse to refund. Thiefs.

Terrible service - I booked a DOOR2GATE service which I missed due to a delayed flight. I received no refund and no assistance at all with getting from Charleroi airport to Brussels. I received no refund and no assistance at all with getting from Charleroi airport to Brussels. My ticket was not even valid for a transfer with the bus service the company operates to Brussels, meaning I had to buy a new ticket. So basically the company took my money while providing zero services.
Cosy and affordable
They never showed up. They stole 19 euros from me. Would not respond to emails.
