Bus was seven hours late, which ruined my one night trip. The communication around this was terrible, I waited 4 hours before they told us it’d be 3 more, which meant my plans were no longer feasible. ... I wrote to customer service requesting a refund, they refused a refund or voucher of any kind, partial or full. Never doing this again, and warning all my friends.

Lost my baggage and carry-on, and cannot get through on any phone number except to the call center which is not even in this country. Filed a lost baggage claim and have never heard back from it. I will NEVER travel by bus again!

The second bus driver change, wouldn’t come out and we were 3 hours late when we got to vegas then the stupid ***** (edited by admin) woman allowed the ******* (edited by admin) bus to leave and she then proceeded to go off, and wonder of all wonders be unprofessional, yelling at me for her stupidity. That made me miss the next bus in LA so after 2 ******* (edited by admin) days on a bus and and another day and a half still to go I caught a plane, bc i would never have made my next bus and greyhound determined THERE WAS NO DELAY!! Refused to issue me even a partial refund. I will be disputing it with my credit card company. We need a competitor to this **** (edited by admin) of a company bc then this crap won’t happen as long as the new company doesn’t hire ******* ***** (edited by admin)

I booked a ticket to be picked up in Huntsville, Alabama to Columbus, Ohio in May if 2022. I showed up at the pickup point in a gas station parking lot.. I showed up at the pickup point in a gas station parking lot.. There were probably about ten other people there as well. We all waited for a good hour and a half past the pickup time before were told that the bus had driven by our stop and it was on its way to the next one in Nashville. I was told by some of the people waiting that this oñwas the second night in a row it had done this. I ended up catching an Uber back to a relative's house where u had been staying. I tried contacting Greyhound for a refund and they told me one wasn't available because I had paid a reduced fee. I will never ever try to use their service again.

On Saturday, November 13, 2021, I travel to Canada. When I reached Buffalo, I was told I had to fill a Form for The ArriveCan. Halfway through filling The Form The Greyhound Bus Driver told me I was not finished and he had to go. He started the bus, drove away and left me stranded in Buffalo. When I started out from The Port Authority Bus Terminal The Bus Driver did not check My Documents. He only ask for The Fare Tickets from all The Passengers. With nine hours sitting on the bus The ArriveCan Form could have been filled out and that problem resolved. I did not get to make the trip to Canada. I had to return to New York. I have to repurchase another Bus Ticket. I asked to be reimbursed the full Bus Fare of $159. 00 and was denied. I Rate Zero.
