People were ... My family just travelled from Melaque to Puerta Vallarta, about a four and half hour trip. The bus was full. Thirty plus degree temperature and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING ON THE BUS. People were vomiting literally all over the place. I used to confidently recommend PP but no more. Try another line, ETN is excellent and worth the extra cost. Less than one star rating.

I've used Primera Plus several times in Mexico. The services are great. Clean and spacious often with 2 toilets which are walled off at the back of the bus. Clean and spacious often with 2 toilets which are walled off at the back of the bus. At one stage I had to cancel and re-book a trip for a different date, and the Primera Plus agent on the phone was very helpful and courteous and patient with my basic Spanish. I was really impressed with the high level of customer service and highly recommend this company.
