The bus never showed up. Arrived at 730 for a 8:10 bus and they never arrived. Waited over an hour.

I travelled from.New York to Fayetville on the 13th of August. When I got to.my destination my luggage, 2 suitcases, were missing. I logged a query on the website and got an auto response, no call fr ... I travelled from.New York to Fayetville on the 13th of August. When I got to.my destination my luggage, 2 suitcases, were missing. I logged a query on the website and got an auto response, no call from customer service and no feedback till today. There should be a way of holding the bus service responsible for this as the bus driver is the only one with keys to the luggage cabin. Highly unacceptable, I am a student on a tight budget

Stay away from this bus company. Customer service is extremely poor, the receptionist is very rude and the buses are filthy. This bus company does not deserve a star.

I was going to New York for a Christmas. I had 2:15am bus schedule from DC. Around 9, one lady called me and bus schedule changed to 1am. She said I could take next bus at 330am. So I took Uber, it w ... I was going to New York for a Christmas. I had 2:15am bus schedule from DC. Around 9, one lady called me and bus schedule changed to 1am. She said I could take next bus at 330am. So I took Uber, it was 20dollars to take a bus. Bus never came. I called the lady that I talked to. She said bus was cancelled. She kept saying no bus no bus. So I came back home with Lyft ride another 20dollars. It was worst experience. They should refund my money back and Uber cost too. It was the worst of the worst.

I took this bus to and from my destination and going, the bus driver was very rude to the people on the bus and tried leaving two people. Coming back home was the worst. Lets just say passenger 1 was ... I took this bus to and from my destination and going, the bus driver was very rude to the people on the bus and tried leaving two people. Coming back home was the worst. Lets just say passenger 1 was already on the bus with ger son and when the bus stoped at fredrickburg,Va a rudy, nasty lady with her daughter and other passengers got on the bus or tried. This lady we going to call passenger B, put her daughter in Passenger A seat and tol her daughter not to move. With arguments after arguments happening the bus driver had no control over the matter, the call in center saidcit was nothing they could do, so we were in a stand still for almost two hours until the police came and escorted the rude lady and her daughter off the bus. Moral of story they are wack, they will have you waiting and waiting and still do nothing. The bus company should keep tract of the amount of tickets and text they send out. This was a horrible come back. This should be a very last resource.

Do not use this bus!!!! I was scheduled for a bus at 7pm and the bus left early before the time without taking me. I reached the station at 6:45pm and the bus was scheduled for 7pm for departuremen ... Do not use this bus!!!! I was scheduled for a bus at 7pm and the bus left early before the time without taking me. I reached the station at 6:45pm and the bus was scheduled for 7pm for departurement. The ticket person said the next bus would be at 7:45pm and that caused me 2 hours of delay and extra money for uber. This has completely destroyed my schedule for the meeting, and I missed my train in DC! I hope no one else goes through what I went through with them. *requested refund multiple times, emailed and called almost 7 times. Yet they continue to deny me the refund!*

The bus was scheduled to come at 7:35 am. I was there at 7 am. The bus came at 10 am. 2 hours and 25 minutes behind schedule. Never again
