I had a very disappointing experience with Metro bus services. The bus arrived nearly 2 hours late, causing significant inconvenience to all passengers. Additionally, water was leaking from the upper ... I had a very disappointing experience with Metro bus services. The bus arrived nearly 2 hours late, causing significant inconvenience to all passengers. Additionally, water was leaking from the upper part of the bus, making the journey very uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the rude behavior of the driver and some of the staff members. Their attitude towards passengers was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope the company takes serious action to improve its service quality, maintain the condition of its buses, and train the staff to treat passengers with the respect they deserve.

I booked with 12go a trip from Hat Yai train station to Ko Lipe, transport company TransBaanTon had weird service, I was waiting for a bus in advance but when the bus came they just didn’t take me, t ... I booked with 12go a trip from Hat Yai train station to Ko Lipe, transport company TransBaanTon had weird service, I was waiting for a bus in advance but when the bus came they just didn’t take me, they didn’t speak very well English So I spend in panic 40 min in a train station, transport company didn’t answered, no one could explain what’s going on, why the driver just left me alone I did freak out and took a ticket with other company from airoport Then after someone contact me from transport company and said that I supposed to wait alone and someone would pick me up at one moment, super weird Was too late I took a ticket with other company, which by the way provided a good service The first transport company refused to refund my money I deported to 12Go but they never answered to my case So I lost 750b, +taxi cost, +few hours of stress So never use it again I found other services which much better

Objednal som si transfer na letisko pôvodne na 15.00 hod. Zmenili mi termín na 12.30. Nakoniec po dvoch telefonátoch , skoro po dvoch hodinách prišiel odvoz. Tie 2 hod. som mohol stráviť príjemnejšie, ... Objednal som si transfer na letisko pôvodne na 15.00 hod. Zmenili mi termín na 12.30. Nakoniec po dvoch telefonátoch , skoro po dvoch hodinách prišiel odvoz. Tie 2 hod. som mohol stráviť príjemnejšie, ako čakaním na recepcii. Inak cesta už bola v pohode, rýchla a bezpečná.

The bus ran a little late, involved a transfer and doesn't use baggage tags so I was a little worried about my bag but there were no problems. The bus was clean and had good wifi and aircon.

Unserious company , they charged money for pick up service and then sent a message to tell they cannot, paid big amount of money for extra taxi , easily find better options than this company
