First of all none of the various buses coming from BKK through Hua Hin in the way to Phuket or South provide a proper schedule with all their (potential) stops and approximate times.

First of all none of the various buses coming from BKK through Hua Hin in the way to Phuket or South provide a proper schedule with all their (potential) stops and approximate times.
465 does not provide a VIP service, but for a surcharge privides "premier", which doesn't really give you any added comforts.
My bus arrived 50 minutes late at departure point to begin with. Further, my bus was just passing Suratthani at the time it was scheduled to ARRIVE in Phuket. None of the authoritarian staff, neither hostess/steward nor driver had the professional courtesy to make an announcement providing information and follow up (e.g. ETA).
The bus itself was old material: single level, tight seats with little leg room, tattered curtains, seats with embarassing stains. Surprisungly the lavatory managed to remain clean and in good order.
Regardless of the tardiness, in over 7 hours customers were not afforded even another 10 minute break to stretch their legs.
