I was supposed to travel Accesrail on June 29. I tried checking in 24 hours in advance but could not. Tried several times over a few hours. Walked to the train station to information desk. Apparently ... I was supposed to travel Accesrail on June 29. I tried checking in 24 hours in advance but could not. Tried several times over a few hours. Walked to the train station to information desk. Apparently, the train I was booked on did not exist. There was no such journey. I had to purchase another ticket in order to get to the airport. Emailed a few times, no response. A day later, got an inance email saying “sorry for the delay in responding. I hope you had a pleasant journey”!!! Seriously? No response to the issue at all. I responded back to the uselessness of their response. Then got on the phone with them. They confirmed the rail trip did not run but told me to contact Air Canada to get a refund. Useless !
