Driver was texting and talking on his phone for 20 minutes before he nearly crashed into 3 cars in front. He had to do an emergency brake and because he wouldn't have been able to stop in time, he swerved onto the oncoming lane to avoid the 3 cars in front. He overtook the stationary cars using the oncoming lane on the mountainous road. We had 2 children at the back of the van. After the incident, I shouted at him for driving dangerously especially with 2 children at the back. He apologized but then 5 minutes later he started talking on the phone again. So I videoed him driving and talking on his phone. He told me not to video him and I told him that he continues to drive dangerously. So he stopped at the side of the road and threatened us to get out of the van and leave us on the side of the road. I then replied, "Let's call the police" as he was driving dangerously with 2 children at the back. He told me to calm down. He then drove us to the airport without touching his phone.
