The bus was super late, it was supposed to be leaving at 00:15 , then they send a message saying they will be 2hours late, after 2 hours they are still late and when we ask the driver that came before them they keep saying they are coming and they were 2 rude drivers when we ask about the bus, am still waiting now after 3 hours and the bus has not even reached

I just had the worst experience at the station offices in East London. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to customers.They charging way more a lot of money for a bag with no receipt

Your service is horrible. A bus that was supposed to have reached East london at 09:30 is still on route at 10:19. Your drivers are liars and don't respect out time. Right after we left Joburg they stopped at the first garage claiming someone was left behind meanwhile they didnt go pick up people at the midrand station, we waited for 1 hour 30 min. When we reached Queenstown again they said they giving us 10 mkn break which was the 4th stop and we waited for another hour without explaination only to find out they were waiting for another bus bringing other people we dont know from where. No one apologized to us. Your service is disgusting and i will make sure to spread the word.

The worst bus experience ever, I have tried to call them, it was my second and last time using their busses last night and will never again.
I was to leave a review at their website but they don’t seem to have it and no one seem to pick up a phone on their call centre. The worse bus ever. delayed for hours last night with no communication and explanation, kept getting stuck literally on the road, I was supposed to get to my destination at 08:05 this morning and only got there at 11:15, missed my 09:30 interview traveling to another province and even lost my iPad and pencil case with all my external storage, pens, chargers and external adapters.
I hope he is proud of the company that he has started which disadvantages its customers and take advantage of those in need. I’ve heard so many stories and last night I swore I will never again use their services ever again. What a terrible business and customer service. Nothing works in the bus too.

It was my first time taking APM, I wanted to cancel after I booked because I know there's always something about the bus
It was supposed to depart from Cape Town at 1h30 pm, I received a SMS apologis ...
It was my first time taking APM, I wanted to cancel after I booked because I know there's always something about the bus
It was supposed to depart from Cape Town at 1h30 pm, I received a SMS apologising saying the bus will depart at 15h00
I became patient with that, from 15h00 it was late with few minutes. The experience with the drivers was excellent for me I don't wanna lie, we were late by an hour but that was caused due to refreshment breaks. The elderly driver seem very experienced with driving I was very comfortable.
Sucks big time ,I was late on a family funeral ,after failing to keep time then other delays of changing passengers to other buses

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the behavior of one of your drivers on 1 June. I boarded the bus from Queenstown to Johannesburg and was expecting a safe and comfortable ride. However, the experience turned out to be quite unpleasant. The bus was severely overcrowded, with more than the recommended capacity, and we were instructed to sit on the floor. When we tried to sit in a particular space next to the driver, he rudely informed us that it was his "sleeping space" and we couldn't sit there. He gave us an ultimatum: either sit in the passage or get left at the station with no further arrangements. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, I believe the overcrowding was a result of poor planning. It seemed that passengers from the 5 pm and 8 pm schedules were mixed, which led to the overload and put our lives at risk. This is inexcusable and raises serious concerns about your company's safety protocols.
Additionally, during the trip, the radio was playing at an excessively loud volume, and the driver didn't seem to care that it was disturbing passengers, including elderly people who were trying to converse or rest. What's even more disturbing was his manner of speaking to passengers. When I questioned the arrangement, he spoke to me in a condescending tone, as if he was doing me a favor by allowing me to sit on the floor despite having paid R420 for the trip. I found this to be extremely disrespectful, especially considering the fare charged was already R70 more than the R350 advertised on your website. I strongly believe that your staff, particularly drivers, need training on customer service and conflict management. Passengers like me who pay for services expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of the circumstances. I hope you will take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff provide a better experience for passengers in the future.
