We as passenger were not treated equally in terms of payment. Passengers who boarded the bus at Umtata station were charged for luggage whereas passengers from Ultra City,Qumbu,Kokstad were not charge ... We as passenger were not treated equally in terms of payment. Passengers who boarded the bus at Umtata station were charged for luggage whereas passengers from Ultra City,Qumbu,Kokstad were not charged for luggage. I didn't even know if we were supposed to pay for suitcases.

The bus did not even show up we arrived on time and took many hours and did not even show up they don't not respond to calls as recommended by their websites to call them when the bus doesn't arrive a ... The bus was super late, it was supposed to be leaving at 00:15 , then they send a message saying they will be 2hours late, after 2 hours they are still late and when we ask the driver that came before ... I just had the worst experience at the station offices in East London. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to customers.They charging way more a lot of money for a bag with no receipt

Your service is horrible. A bus that was supposed to have reached East london at 09:30 is still on route at 10:19. Your drivers are liars and don't respect out time. Right after we left Joburg they st ... Your service is horrible. A bus that was supposed to have reached East london at 09:30 is still on route at 10:19. Right after we left Joburg they stopped at the first garage claiming someone was left behind meanwhile they didnt go pick up people at the midrand station, we waited for 1 hour 30 min. When we reached Queenstown again they said they giving us 10 mkn break which was the 4th stop and we waited for another hour without explaination only to find out they were waiting for another bus bringing other people we dont know from where. No one apologized to us. Your service is disgusting and i will make sure to spread the word.

The worst bus experience ever, I have tried to call them, it was my second and last time using their busses last night and will never again. I was to leave a review at their website but they don’t s ... The worst bus experience ever, I have tried to call them, it was my second and last time using their busses last night and will never again. I was to leave a review at their website but they don’t seem to have it and no one seem to pick up a phone on their call centre. The worse bus ever. delayed for hours last night with no communication and explanation, kept getting stuck literally on the road, I was supposed to get to my destination at 08:05 this morning and only got there at 11:15, missed my 09:30 interview traveling to another province and even lost my iPad and pencil case with all my external storage, pens, chargers and external adapters. I hope he is proud of the company that he has started which disadvantages its customers and take advantage of those in need. I’ve heard so many stories and last night I swore I will never again use their services ever again. What a terrible business and customer service. Nothing works in the bus too.

I've been charged R120 for box 3x3kg powder soap which was 9kg when I ask for a receipt I was tod that I'm a problem and I look at this young star talking to me he looks the same age with my daught ...
