Never again the baddest service I ever gotten from a bus company I was supposed to leave cpt at 5:30 last week Friday off to Beaufort wes I booked online and end up still waiting on the bus past 7pm a ... Horrible service, the bus so uncomfortable, 1 hr late with no communication. Feel like I've been scammed,travelling with school bus for such a long distance. WORST SERVICE EVER!!they made us Waite for long hours for the bus then we travelled to durban with an old bus they don’t commute with what’s happening worse they want to fight with customers one guy ... Never trust this bus at all,they give you another local bus and I had a ticket when I was told by the bus driver im not on there list, ya had to fight to be on the bus,and I had to seat on the floor a ... This is just the most unreliable bus company should be put in to jail for theft. This is the second time I have made a booking ons the bus for one of our workers we have time schedule that we work acc ... This is the second time I have made a booking ons the bus for one of our workers we have time schedule that we work according to. They phoned us this afternoon at around 14:00 saying the bus from Laingsburg to Umtata broke down the bus will be there at 20:20 tomorrow the next day the same time. When I phoned back to make arrangement that the money be refunded we where told our worker must go back their wil be a bus it is now 3 hours later and still no bus. Does APM understand how to read time. Previously the same thing happened to my guys.

I am very much disappointed with Apmwc their Johannesburg park station employees are so unprofessional and rude and the bus it's not comfortable at all my body is sore right now.

APM bus has no time management and don't agree with how they explained with what was happening. At least they could have contacted us to let us know how late they will be. Now I'm still sitting at the train station waiting for a bus which was suppose to arrive at 17h55 now it's 02h44 and they are not answering the office phone.

I booked a bus ticket for the 10th of January 2024. The bus was supposed to depart at 18:00 instead it departed at around 7pm. The driver drove for a few hours before the bustire caught fire at aroun ... I booked a bus ticket for the 10th of January 2024. The bus was supposed to depart at 18:00 instead it departed at around 7pm. The driver drove for a few hours before the bustire caught fire at around 2am on Sunday the 11th of January right after passing through Bloemfontein. We had to wait for almost two hours to receive assistance to change the bus tire because the driver told us that he did not have a car jack. We eventually received assistance and continued the drive. At around 6am, the driver stopped the bus and that is when he told us that the gears were not malfunctioning and he could not drive the bus any further. We were stuck in the Northern Cape for about 10 hours waiting for another bus to take us from the Northern Cape to Cape town. While waiting in the hot weather, the bus roaches began to surface themselves and that made me question the hygiene of the bus company. The bus eventually arrived at 15:45. There were 70 passengers but only 57 seats were available and some people had to remain standing. It was very crowded in the bus and I was afraid to be pulled over by the officials. Not only that but I was also afraid to be involved in an accident. Not only was the service poor but our lives were put at risk.We arrived in Cape town on Sunday morning around around 2am, so we basically spent almost 2days on the road.The level of incompetency was too high and some things cannot be tolerated. I am asking that the company check the booking records of everyone who took the bus at 18:00 and give them 30% discounts to compensate for the conditions we were put in. Our bus Driver's Name is Lesego and he can vouch for the events I have mentioned above.
