I booked apmwc not school bus In my life I would never travel with apmwc,thy lie,on 29th dec 2023 I booked apmwc bus guess what apmwc never pitch instead thy brought School Bus worse part time keepin ... I booked apmwc not school bus In my life I would never travel with apmwc,thy lie,on 29th dec 2023 I booked apmwc bus guess what apmwc never pitch instead thy brought School Bus worse part time keeping worse part Health hazzard and safety the bus didnt have a stand at park station and l don't know and where we were waiting for it and the bus didn't have a toilet and the seat didn't have soft cushions to lean and we had to put blanket bc we had to sit on metal nd beams and there was no order l don't even want to talk about it overload and they were busy shifting us to different buses after 10 seconds making excuses even my grandson fell with the luggage and my daughter was being pitched at the door bc everyone was rushing for seats and worse part it didn't stop and montrose it stop at a dark garage that had toilet only imagine we had to buy food at ? Durban station and am old to do Gibela yehla nca ngeke ayivalwe le company ka apm you busy posting it at TikTok for what l will never ever go with that bus and l never faced this problem and interior no curtains no light nothing if someone went with a bus on the 29/12/2024 shem we experienced something service poor it can rather close it or only travel school children ok but long distance no w.hat if we got stuck at middle of the night and in a middle of no we're no marn apm ayivalwe ngeke no am so surprised kuthi why did they put it on the bus booking price list why for ini ya nca ayivalwe please!!!!!! Everything poor bus departed at 01:30, cold health Harzard and safety was poor never again,thank but no thank you!!!!!

They don’t mark the bags, they weight the items together instead of separating and charge the bags according to the ho has “clothes” or “merchandise” the bus’s charging ports are useless, they genuin ... The Bus was over packed, overloaded 🥹 with big bags, and some people inside didn't book the bus, I had a very bad experience

Very bad bus they don’t have a sense of time they stop for a long time and it’s stinking inside, I do not recommend travelling with this bus it is the worst bus ever!!

We as passenger were not treated equally in terms of payment. Passengers who boarded the bus at Umtata station were charged for luggage whereas passengers from Ultra City,Qumbu,Kokstad were not charge ... We as passenger were not treated equally in terms of payment. I didn't even know if we were supposed to pay for suitcases.

The bus did not even show up we arrived on time and took many hours and did not even show up they don't not respond to calls as recommended by their websites to call them when the bus doesn't arrive a ...
