Bus timing was indicated 9am @ johor jaya today morning 21st dec 2025.
Waiting there till 10 plus and bus operator keep saying bus delaying due to jam and so on. Later was told to wait for another p ...
Bus timing was indicated 9am @ johor jaya today morning 21st dec 2025.
Waiting there till 10 plus and bus operator keep saying bus delaying due to jam and so on. Later was told to wait for another pick up bus which they arrange another bus to fetch us to Larkin bus interchange to wait for another bus again.
After heading there they arrange another bus to transfer us and still need to wait there.
The bus operator there don't seems like working and just keep talking and laughing each others. They shld help and guide us where to wait and how long we need to wait as we already have no patience to wait anymore. I walk over to counter and ask if you all cannot give the proper explanation then pls refund the full amount to us as i do not wanto waste our time here.
Really such a bad experience with this bad company and attitudes fm the staff.

Delay sampai 2 jam..dah la ticket malam ..lembap..mcm taik..tk hormat masak orang...servis mcm taik..menyusah kan orang...tk dah PIC untuk monitor masa bas smpai...first and last..b*b*
Depart 6.30pm, now 11.30pm still in Jalan Duta... Another 40minutes to TBS.... Everything is delayed and crazy. About 6 hours from Sitiawan to TBS, KL???

KO INGAT NI NAK BALIK KELATE KE NYAH. pastuu dah lah salah jalan agaknye, dah terpusing kat pekan tapah road, pastuu ingatkan ada nak drop passenger kat gopeng, lah takde, tahu2 lalu jalan malim nawar - tanjung tualang tu gi seri iskandar. It was the first time I'm taking a bus alone and it was horrible. The driver was so rude when I asked him few questions. I wanted to reconfirm if the bus is really going to the destination I've booked and the response I received was unacceptable because the driver was so rude to me. He lashed out at me and made a fed up face. Such a poor service from arwana express. I hope this kind of rude people get fired from their jobs. I hope arwana express take action on drivers like him.

Cakap kuat2, lagi tak tau respect Orang nk buka puasa 7.30pm tapi masih di kampar. Dah la datang lewat jam 6.40pm. Pastu sendiri koyak cakap passenger pasang phone kuat2 sakitkan telinga u padahal takde pun then nk suruh org tido, org x boleh tido la, perut lapar, ingat u bawa laju skit then boleh berenti rnr mkn..u nak marah2 org, nk org faham u, u ckp penat la apa la, helloo, semua org penat, semua org keje, study, bkn u sorg je keje.. u penat then xpayah keje la, bg kat indian yg muda bawa bas, u better duduk rumah lepak n call kwn2 la. U rasa nk bawa bas please do your job as professional. dia cakap phone non stop, pasang lagu tamil kuat2 takpe plak, org lain xsakit telinga. Nampak bas arwana lain potong bas dia, terus nak speed mcm nak race. Bawa mcm org mabuk, kejap kiri kejap kanan then suka jd lane hogger, Lori dari lane kiri pon berapa byk sudah potong bas u sbb u terlalu slow old man. Bawa bas pon bahaya, u duduk lane tengah tp amik lane org sblh kiri. Jam 10pm still belum sampai sg buloh, uncle, betul2 bawa bas la.. dah lewat mlm ni bahaya org nk balik rumah lg. Public transport slow2 nak tutup dah. U expect semua ada duit nk bayar grab ke. Never book or naik arwana bus again, takut dpt driver ni lagi.

The bus was delayed for 20 mins . I was been waiting at terminal longer. Once the bus arrive its direct reach to teluk intan bus station . That was washroom closed. But the driver ask we all to go toilet at mamak shop another road side. When we been there , they was only 1 washroom only man & women mix can used . Feeling not safe we just go back to driver , request him to stop any petrol station nearby but he just look like no mood but it’s night bus no safety if the driver treat passengers like this. Next frm teluk intan to kl we also not sure what’s wrong with this old uncle . He was driving + on call with someone until reach tbs. It’s was damn louder voice and some of bad words about his family personal . Even some of passengers keep on telling him to slow the rise of voice . He just don’t care about our peace. He just keep doing until tbs also the bus was super delay above 6 hours ??? To reach tbs frm Lumut ? It’s all cox of irresponsible driver. First time worst experience with Arwana bus . He was on call and drive the bus extremely slow even the bus was new. Also he keep racing with another vehicle at roadways. Totally unsafe trip ever . Please take action on this driver. He just spoil our trip.
