Before ni dah banyak kali pegi balik kampung dgn arwana, so far sentiasa on time. Tapi harini I just lambat 10 min sampai sbb heavy traffic. I try call operator arwana tapi tak dapat. I try call operator arwana tapi tak dapat. NOT IN SERVICE. Are you guys serious?? How can?? I call during I'm otw to tbs sebab nak minta hold sekejap. Lagi berapa minit je nak sampai. Bila I sampai dekat gate, guard tu kata baru je bergerak. I know from the first place that my fault sbb tak sampai awal. I just disappointed bila I try call number operator Tapi tak dapat. You guys (Arwana peoples) should do something and do better about this. Better laa tak payah letak number operator tu kalau dah tak function

21 dec 2025 Today bus Arwana is really terrible and horrible Our first and last Bad experience to us. One way Bus ticket was bought way expensive than normal price which cost rm100/pax fm johor jaya ... 21 dec 2025 Today bus Arwana is really terrible and horrible Our first and last Bad experience to us. One way Bus ticket was bought way expensive than normal price which cost rm100/pax fm johor jaya to sitiawan. If compare to my return bus ticket bought fm sitiawan to johor bahru is only cost me Rm75/pax from other bus liner. 1.Bus Arwana bus delayed in the morning for 2 hrs 2.bus departed at 11am and after started the journey about an hour, bus aircon already feeling not cold and we are all feeling hot & sweating. 3.after reaching somewhere near the place called batu gajah, the whole bus breakdown and totally no aircon. 4. It's already 9.30pm and we are stuck in batu gajah waiting for another bus to transfer us to final destination. 5. No more drinking water and feeling hungry we are and how angry 😡 we are can you imagine??? 6.after transfer us to another shuttle bus back to sitiawan, finally we only reach final destination at 11pm WHAT IS THIS SERVICE & TRANSPORT COMPANY??? Please give us an explanation and i will go back to your counter service desk to make a report when i am back to johor bahru home. and ask what service have you been given to us here? What a lousy service and still charging us so high price ticket.

Bus timing was indicated 9am @ johor jaya today morning 21st dec 2025. Waiting there till 10 plus and bus operator keep saying bus delaying due to jam and so on. Later was told to wait for another p ... Bus timing was indicated 9am @ johor jaya today morning 21st dec 2025. Waiting there till 10 plus and bus operator keep saying bus delaying due to jam and so on. Later was told to wait for another pick up bus which they arrange another bus to fetch us to Larkin bus interchange to wait for another bus again. After heading there they arrange another bus to transfer us and still need to wait there. The bus operator there don't seems like working and just keep talking and laughing each others. They shld help and guide us where to wait and how long we need to wait as we already have no patience to wait anymore. I walk over to counter and ask if you all cannot give the proper explanation then pls refund the full amount to us as i do not wanto waste our time here. Really such a bad experience with this bad company and attitudes fm the staff.

Delay sampai 2 jam..dah la ticket malam ..lembap..mcm taik..tk hormat masak orang...servis mcm taik..menyusah kan orang...tk dah PIC untuk monitor masa bas smpai...first and last..b*b*

Depart 6.30pm, now 11.30pm still in Jalan Duta... Another 40minutes to TBS.... Everything is delayed and crazy. About 6 hours from Sitiawan to TBS, KL???

Bus car plate RP 2629 seat cannot control! Cannot lying It will move backward by it self. Please do maintenance for this seat.

bas bertolak jam 3.10 petang dari TBS. at the first, bersyukur sebab bas double decker, selesa. saya pun tido, dalam jam 5 petang, tetibe dia berenti kat rnr tanjung malim. 45 MINIT TAUUU. KO INGAT NI NAK BALIK KELATE KE NYAH. pastuu dah lah salah jalan agaknye, dah terpusing kat pekan tapah road, pastuu ingatkan ada nak drop passenger kat gopeng, lah takde, tahu2 lalu jalan malim nawar - tanjung tualang tu gi seri iskandar. It was the first time I'm taking a bus alone and it was horrible. The driver was so rude when I asked him few questions. I wanted to reconfirm if the bus is really going to the destination I've booked ... It was the first time I'm taking a bus alone and it was horrible. I wanted to reconfirm if the bus is really going to the destination I've booked and the response I received was unacceptable because the driver was so rude to me. He lashed out at me and made a fed up face. Such a poor service from arwana express. I hope this kind of rude people get fired from their jobs. I hope arwana express take action on drivers like him. This is how to treat your customers is it? So rudely? It's unacceptable. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE!
