DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They use AI "customer service" named Shea and Taylor just to do quick and useless responses, but you never get an real solution or answer. Bookaway is a big scam and BS. Never again. The stole 150 usd from me.

I booked a car from Luxor to Marsa Alam for 11am departure. It was confirmed. The night before my ride I was asked to move it to 9am departure. I agreed. They went hours out of the way to swap cars wi ... I booked a car from Luxor to Marsa Alam for 11am departure. It was confirmed. The night before my ride I was asked to move it to 9am departure. I agreed. They went hours out of the way to swap cars with other riders. I got in another car to continue the journey and people got into my old car. I was NEVER told this would happen! The website said the ride would be 4 hours and it took 8!! The owner on whatsaapp is ignoring my messages! Do not use BookAway.com

Was afraid how it will go because of some negative comments online. Positive Easily bought ticket hour before going, managed to communicate despite not knowing french or arabic. Bus was on time, there ... Was afraid how it will go because of some negative comments online. Positive Easily bought ticket hour before going, managed to communicate despite not knowing french or arabic. Bus was on time, there was lot of space available, clean and drove fast. Made a few quick stops to transfer cargo to some people. Negative No facilities on board but bus driver was nice to offer me to use their at their tour office while he made quick stop. Will travel again with them.

The bus from Shkoder to Podgorica was dirty. When I pulled down the tray table was filthy. No curtain on our seats. At Podgorica, after about 30 minutes, we got transferred to a commuter bus that stop ... The bus from Shkoder to Podgorica was dirty. When I pulled down the tray table was filthy. The bus crashed into a bridge and we had to go back to the bus station again and get onto another bus. The whole process got costed me a 3hour delay to reach Canberra.
