Again I want to express our deep disappointment and frustration with the service we received. What was supposed to be a simple and honest transfer turned into a distressing experience marked by unethical behavior and blatant exploitation.
We feel utterly deceived by the way your company handled our booking. The demand for an additional 1,000 THB was unjustified and felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of tourists. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Thailand’s hospitality and values—something we had always held in high regard.
We will not hesitate to share our experience through detailed negative reviews on all relevant platforms, including social media, travel forums, and review websites, to warn future travelers about these disgraceful practices.
