I asked one of the drivers about the bus I should take and he misleaded me , I had missed a but and had to take a taxi after , with that having to pay extra for transportation that I had already paid ... I regret booking this bus, what's worse is the fact that it's even cold no ... Pathetic service, the driver Mr Siwela was unprofessional and very rude, he made me pay for small box and transfer to his own account, he left me and others including babies in Montrose I had to run t ... Pathetic service, the driver Mr Siwela was unprofessional and very rude, he made me pay for small box and transfer to his own account, he left me and others including babies in Montrose I had to run to catch the bus and I lost my phone while I was running, he did not allow us to use rest rooms, this guy mistreated even elderly people . I was not expecting this service for the amount i paid . DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS

The service here is HORRIBLE! Really BAD SERVICE wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. The bus is late , a WHOLE HOUR LATE !No communication! The weather is BAD! There is no shelter here and it is raining! Bad service ever ! Bus was delayed by 1h30 mins, the driver was really unprofessional; treating us like we are beggars. Bus had a breakdown and we had to wait for 5 hours to get another bus that was h ... Bad service ever ! Bus had a breakdown and we had to wait for 5 hours to get another bus that was heading to its destination. Arrival time from Kokstad to Jhb was supposed to be 06:00 but we arrived at park station at 13:00. What a disgrace ! I’ll never ever use this bus again no matter what. Do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews, they are true. Pls don’t be like me !

Worst service ever!!! . This morning bus 2427 (BFN - PTA) was delayed by approximately 2 hours. Secondly the driver was nonchalant and rude that he did not apoligize for been late instead he threw a t ... Worst service ever!!! . This morning bus 2427 (BFN - PTA) was delayed by approximately 2 hours. Secondly the driver was nonchalant and rude that he did not apoligize for been late instead he threw a tantrum and accused us of not greeting him thus he refused to put our bags in the safe area and we literally asked him about the bags he told us that he's not compelled to help us since we chose not to greet, we were forced to enter with them in bus because he was already sitting on a driver sit. As he drove off, our bags fell to the doorstep and that did not seem to bother him at all. It's even broken
