Horrible experience with this so called company.

Worst service ever. NEVER TRAVEL IN CITY LAND TRAVELS! We booked city land travels bus from Delhi to katra(from railyatri). Our bus date and time was 27th October 2023 at 10:20 pm. Bus reached on boar ... Worst service ever. NEVER TRAVEL IN CITY LAND TRAVELS! We booked city land travels bus from Delhi to katra(from railyatri). Our bus date and time was 27th October 2023 at 10:20 pm. Bus reached on boarding point at 11:00 pm. The driver was cutting our calls. We made him 50 calls. After bus started, neither any drinking water was provided nor heater of the bus worked. At 5:40 am,28th October 2023, bus stopped at chandigarh sector 52 on hp petrol pump. The driver said the bus is out of service due to some failure in bus. Like what the hell! Firstly, at 5:40 pm, the bus was 150 minutes late and now driver is saying I can't proceed further because bus is damaged. He said you find your own transport further to reach katra. When we said that provide us in writing from city land travels that you will be provided full refund but he was saying it's not possible. He started misbehaving that you do everything you could do but further I can't help you. Like what a cheap company. You left us in middle of the journey, not giving us full refund confirmation in writing and not even providing further transport. After so much dispute, we called the chandigarh police. They handled the matter. But even after police arrival, driver and manager of bus were talking " police se apna roz ka hai. Chaahe andar hee karwa lo, hum toh nikal jaate hai". This much arrogance the city land staff had. The customer care was saying we can't guarantee that you will get full refund. But after so much dispute with police from drivers and city land customer staff, we received a mail you will get full refund within 24 hours. We wasted our 3 hours in this bullshit of city land travels. But luckily for me and unfortunately for others,only I received this mail. Like if we could give, I would have given 0 stars. Everyone from that point arranged their own transport. Cheap company did not even provided further transport. NEVER EVER TRAVEL FROM CITY LAND TRAVELS.if any such issue, never hesitate to call cops
