Shame on u guys , i booked 3 tickets from manali to dElhi and ur bus breakdown at Tihra Tunnel at 2 am (mid night ) on highway, u guys not given any support in arranging help, even though i , my wife and my kid by luck taken another private bus at 3 AM and paid there also . Later ur Customer care given partial refund saying that " jitni dur aaye ho utna to dena hoga ". No responsibilities taken , neither support , shame on ur CEO , MD , Gaurav ,Prashant Chandel etc for such poor support ( PNR CLT1996846) .

I had booked an online bus ticket for self and friend with City Land Travels for a journey from Rishikesh to Chandigarh scheduled on 11th June 2025, with the boarding time at 11:20 PM from Nepali Farm, Rishikesh.
The bus (Reg No. AR06C3868) arrived only at 12:30 AM on 12th June 2025, a delay of more than 1 hour and 10 minutes, without any prior notification or communication. The helpline number was unresponsive despite repeated calls.
On the way to destination around 03:15 AM on 12 Jun 25, all the passengers of the bus were forcibly asked to switch over buses the bus drivers at a roadside restaurant near Sarsawa, Saharanpur from another City Land bus bound from Shimla to Rishikesh. This change over of passengers of both the buses in the middle of journey and mid night caused lots of inconvenience without explanation. Despite objections and discomfort, no proper justification or assistance was given.
The agent at Nepali Farm lounge was also unable to provide any firm information or assurance about the delay or bus arrival, further adding to the confusion.

Then we all were waiting outside the bus from 10:30 pm to 3:00 am and also the driver was very rude. Also the man which has been send to repair the handbrake was 2 hours late . Bus was not having much facilities. There were so many mouscoties in it...

This is my first worst experience in the bus due to an emergency I booked this poor bus, and worst part is this bus late by 5 hour and will reach the destination by 14 to 15 hour. Can you believe this unique bus driver were very experienced as they took Chandigarh to pathankot by under 15 hour so you can understand when you will reach to the J and K so please guys beware of such fraud they even don’t give you a proper knowledge as where to come and very abusing guys working on the same

1. **Delayed Departure:** The scheduled departure time was 5:00 PM, but the bus departed at 6:00 PM without any prior notification or explanation. This caused inconvenience to passengers.
2. **Inappropriate Dinner Stop:** The bus stopped at a very expensive hotel for dinner, where the food served was tasteless and of poor quality.
3. **Lack of Choice for Passengers:** Passengers were expected to dine at the designated hotel without any other options available. It felt forced, and many passengers, including myself, found this uncomfortable and unfair.
I request you to address these concerns and take steps to improve your services. Transparency regarding timings, better meal stops, and freedom of choice for passengers would significantly enhance the experience.

My recent experience with City Land Bus Travel was disappointing. The bus was in poor condition, making the journey uncomfortable. Many passengers experienced motion sickness, with several vomiting during the trip, which added to the unpleasantness. The only positive aspect was the driver, who handled the situation with patience and professionalism. However, this doesn’t make up for the overall low standard of the journey.
