You need to upgrade the buses to newly models that have charging ports and heater

The tickets for City to City may be cheap, but the service is really bad. I waited 7 hours for the bus it never arrived In the process of waiting for it. I ended up losing some of my important stuff, ... The tickets for City to City may be cheap, but the service is really bad. I waited 7 hours for the bus it never arrived In the process of waiting for it. I ended up losing some of my important stuff, because I was panicking. I will never book that bus again.

How can city to city allow paying customers to be transported in a broken run down bus that is very clearly in need to be scrapped.. broke down twice today over heating each time it overheated the bus ... How can city to city allow paying customers to be transported in a broken run down bus that is very clearly in need to be scrapped.. broke down twice today over heating each time it overheated the bus switches off for 2 hours so we are delayed by 4 hours already. And city to city sit back like its nothing . Dont even bother trying to phone them... dont use city to city.

I have been waitng for city to city bus in Worcester it was around seven at night I wait until 10 one driver i ask he said the bus already drive away around 4 o'clock so what must I do bcs my ticket s ... Worst bus company ever, we were supposed to leave from Johannesburg to Flagstaff on the 25th of December 2025 at 19:40. We waited for over an hour till some person who was passing by told us the compa ... Worst bus company ever, we were supposed to leave from Johannesburg to Flagstaff on the 25th of December 2025 at 19:40. We waited for over an hour till some person who was passing by told us the company hasn't been operating the whole day they are closed. We tried phoning the company their phones go to voicemail. We decided to go to the police station because now we bought tickets and they never communicated that there will be no buses. The captain at the station managed to get a hold of them and they told us to get refunds on the 27th of December 2025. Worst experience ever because why would they sell tickets for those specific days knowing exactly that they won't operate

Prasa buses are of old age and not serviced adequately . Their buses are moving coffins. Someone should stand up and shout before the beginning of the December season . If was part of the traffic authority, I would have just remove them from our roads so that they can be fixed

The bus was over 3 hours late with no communication whatsoever. We had to run around and change busses at different spots. Every time you use the bus you are being changed. Its terrible. Mine was supposed to leave Mosselbaai by 2:55 but the bus only came by 4:15 🤦 don't even want to talk about the chairs
