After purchasing a bus ticket from computicket for R 320.00 from Durban to Joburg at 20h00 in July 2023 I was told at the bus station that the ticket was not vailed as the information computicket had ... After purchasing a bus ticket from computicket for R 320.00 from Durban to Joburg at 20h00 in July 2023 I was told at the bus station that the ticket was not vailed as the information computicket had on the ticket was incorrect. I then had to buy a new ticket for R 450,00 for a bus that left at 21h00. After speaking to their call centre I was told that they would reimburse me, they then proceeded to only pay me R 130,00 and not the full amount of R 450,00. Neither were they willing to compensate me for my time or recourses after having gone through this ordeal or for all the time spend getting my money back.
