Booked a return journey between Rome Airport and Bracciano. We were delayed getting through passport control, but the communication with the driver was excellent. We only waited 5 minutes for him once we got out of the arrivals - not bad since we were 30 minutes late getting out. Our Villa was quite secluded and the driver on the return trip found it easily with our directions and was on time. Both journeys were comfortable, with friendly and sensible drivers. I really recommend this service.

I booked an airport transfer through Connecto Transfers for my parents. Unfortunately, the service did not go as booked. According to my parents, the driver arrived late because he went to the wrong airport despite having the correct flight information. After finally picking them up, he then drove them to the wrong hotel even though the correct destination was included in the reservation.
As a result, my parents had to arrange and pay for an additional taxi to reach their actual hotel. The transfer service they paid for was not completed as contracted.
When I contacted Connecto Transfers to request a refund, the company declined to investigate the matter because the complaint was submitted outside their 10-day reporting period. I explained that the driver had reportedly acknowledged going to the wrong airport and that my parents incurred additional costs due to being taken to the wrong hotel. I also requested that the matter be escalated for management review. The company maintained its position and instead offered a 20% discount on a future booking.
While I appreciate the responses I received, I was disappointed that the company chose not to address what appears to have been a significant service failure. Customers should be aware that complaints submitted after the company's reporting deadline may not be reviewed regardless of the circumstances.
My experience left me feeling that the company relied on its policy rather than taking responsibility for errors that occurred during the transfer.

We had transfer from the airport to our hotel and from a different hotel back to the airport. Thought this might cause confusion but it did not. Both cars were in the right place at the right time and this made the transfers so easy for us. So much better than queuing for a hire car and having to find our own route.
A perfect choice for us and will use again.

Driver for both directions from Airport to Site and return a week later was excellent, very friendly helped with our cases. The mini bus was clean and had plenty of room in it. Infant seat and booster seat for young children where provided and fitted. From the airport the driver had to wait unfortunately nearly an hour because of the EES system not working properly.
Return journey very satisfactory with the same driver who was on time polite and very helpful. We would use your company again.
