We were not picked up by the destination blue lagoon transfer service. We stood for 40 minutes in 18 degree weather and showed our paper to every driver. They have refused to refund us. I had no other ... We were not picked up by the destination blue lagoon transfer service. We stood for 40 minutes in 18 degree weather and showed our paper to every driver. They have refused to refund us. I had no other issues with transport services during this trip and had used the assigned bus stop for other transfers without issue. Do not recommend using this company.
