Was not informed we needed to change buses at Malton, although timetable said it was a direct bus to York. We were just dumped on the concourse at the bus station with no explanations or info on when ...
Was not informed we needed to change buses at Malton, although timetable said it was a direct bus to York. We were just dumped on the concourse at the bus station with no explanations or info on when connecting bus would arrive. Some passengers gave up waiting and continued their journey by train. Just a simple explanation would have gone a long way.

Distribusion has the worst selling platform. I wanted to buy a ticket with SwissTours and their payment procedure is almost malignantly taking excess time to process the payment. This meant that I repeated the procedure other two times and ended up buying three tickets instead of one. No confirmation on their part but they charged me three times.
No customer service or contact point. SwissTours refuses to reimburse the tickets, as they have no access to Distribusion's platform. I see here that I am in good company. Disgraceful.

I bought a return shuttle bus ticket from Paris Beauvais Airport to Paris Porte Maillot for a total price of 29.99€ but accidentally enter the wrong Email, as a result, I'm paying 60€ for 30€ tickets.
Yes, it was my mistake, but did you ever heard about UX? Did you ever thought that people in a hurry can make a mistake? You don't need to have a Harward diploma to attach a fucking pdf to a successful payment page. It's not rocket science this is a basic software development and product design.
I tried to get in contact with you for 5 days, I had a vain hope I would be able to use my ticket back to the airport.
You raised €30M in June, please spend some on adding a ticket to a payment response screen and hire a fucking customer support.
