It’s the worst experience to travel with Dolphin travel house.
The charging point is not working and when I complaint about it to the staff member of the bus he start arguing with me and he said that ( nhi sahi hoga charging jaa jo karna hai kar , and in very aggressive way he talked to me !
I complaint to the customer care of this bus and they replied that ( bus me company walo ne [ Type - C ]charging point laga diya hai par connection nhi diya hai . Aap Dusra Mobile lekr aao ya Dusra Charger ) and I’m like bro what are you saying ? Then he said that ( merse complaint mat karo 5 bje

The bus staff was very uncooperative. At the Maharashtra border checking point, police checked the luggage and fined ₹2000 for a small glass pot. It felt completely unfair. What was more disappointing was that the bus staff did not support passengers and the fine was unofficially divided between the police and the bus staff.
The police also behaved very rudely. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Not recommended.

Never use this bus Dolphin Travels? What a disaster! Booked a single sleeper AC coach from Mumbai to Indore, expecting a decent ride, but it was a nightmare. The bus was supposed to reach by 10 AM but arrived 4-5 hours late at 4 PM. The AC? It exists, sure, but only in name—barely worked, just blowing hot air. The driver kept switching it off to “save diesel,” leaving everyone suffocating in a filthy, smelly bus. Passengers were frustrated, some even got sick. The bus crawled so slowly, it felt like a deliberate torture session. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this service at all costs
