Travelling with Drita Travel felt like a genuine risk to our lives. On winding mountain roads, the driver smoked while driving, repeatedly used his phone, shouted at passengers and explained nothing. ... Travelling with Drita Travel felt like a genuine risk to our lives. On winding mountain roads, the driver smoked while driving, repeatedly used his phone, shouted at passengers and explained nothing. The problems began at boarding. Two young men arrived well before departure, but the driver sent them away to print their tickets and complete additional paid procedures. This required finding internet access and emailing the tickets to the cashier, even though there was no Wi-Fi. When the bus started leaving, the two men ran after it as far as they could. The driver saw them, continued shouting, closed the door, dismissively waved them away and drove off without them. Seats were unassigned, and luggage required an extra cash-only payment. At the station in Podgorica, the driver kept everyone inside while he spent about 15 minutes outside with friends drinking coffee. At a petrol station, he stopped for another 10 minutes to smoke and drink but would not let passengers out. At the border, he again gave no information and never explained whether there was a toilet or whether anyone could leave. We travelled for a very long time without toilet access. After seeing him abandon two passengers, people were afraid to get off because he might leave with their luggage. Finally, instead of taking us to the actual Tirana Airport Bus Station stated on our tickets, the driver stopped at an unmarked location before the airport, told everyone to get off and gave no directions. Passengers had to use Google Maps. We dragged our suitcases for about 15 minutes along a dusty, unpaved road where the wheels barely worked. Later we saw the real airport bus station. It was not where he had dropped us. Dangerous driving, shouting, chaos and complete disregard for passengers’ safety and basic needs. Do not risk your life with Drita Travel.

I traveled with Drita Travel on June 30, 2026, at 6 a.m. from Tirana to Podgorica. The driver was very rude. He charged me 5 euros extra (more than he should have), and he didn't allow me to take my h ... I traveled with Drita Travel on June 30, 2026, at 6 a.m. from Tirana to Podgorica. The driver was very rude. He charged me 5 euros extra (more than he should have), and he didn't allow me to take my hand bag, which contained my personal belongings, claiming that it was considered a suitcase just to charge me more. He especially charges foreigners a lot of money. Halfway through the trip, he demanded that I return the ticket so I wouldn't have proof of his theft. His behavior was terrible and inhumane—I haven't seen anything like it before. I do not recommend them to anyone, especially not with this driver who was there on June 30.

We travelled from Tirana in Albania to Bar in Montenegro. The driver was a pig - shouting on his phone most of the time while driving, got aggravated with passengers, slammed doors to the luggage comp ... The driver was a pig - shouting on his phone most of the time while driving, got aggravated with passengers, slammed doors to the luggage compartment repeatedly. In Bar he went past the bus station and aggressively refused to go back to it and shouted at passengers who asked him to. The only reason we travelled with Drita Travel is because it was passed on to them by the Flixbus app, but I will never travel with them again, and recommend no-one else does either. Just wish I could give less than 1 star!

Driver is too wowed,for that little money he thinks that agressive behaivour is included into service, do not reccomend this company for travel,if you are not a fan of bad mood since the morning

They didn’t operate the bus, they are lying to the agent and kept my money. Everyone I spoke to at the bus station told me this happens all the time.
