oh my goodness where do i start? HORRIBLE. just HORRIBLE women who work for this company. they do not know how to communicate, deal with children or the parents! they are not very well at communicatin ... oh my goodness where do i start? HORRIBLE. just HORRIBLE women who work for this company. they do not know how to communicate, deal with children or the parents! they are not very well at communicating with parents and they will talk down on your child. they will not try with your child or have patience, they will just suspend your child so that they will not have to deal with them. My child has been through TOO MUCH! from being sexually violated by an older student and that situation wasn’t handled properly. these ***** (edited by admin) women are a disgrace, they will not listen or understand anything that you have to say. my son is always telling me that the things he gets in trouble for, other kids don’t get in trouble for it and i have seen that with my own 2 eyes. the bus drivers all have disgusting attitudes! this company hires ANYONE. they will let ANYONE around your child because these women are hateful and very unprofessional!!! karma is real and one thing they gotta realize is that, it comes even harder when a child is involved. I have had a driver disrespect my son, slam the bus door on him, told him that she doesn’t want him riding her bus anymore, making him feel like he doesnt belong. just being evil. these women are pure evil. they suspended my 7 year old child off of the bus for 10 days for being a kid!!! nothing but hateful women. They treat the kids differently and definitely allow favoritism.

Product: Washington 2:10am -> New York 6:00am (Schedule ID: PDR01540) Date: 2022-07-16 Sat Number of Travelers: Adult: 1 Departure: 2:10am 2305 Pennsylvania Ave. SE Arrival: 6:00am 28 Allen St -- New York, NY Confirmation Number: PDRXXXXXX I waited from 1:30am to 3:10am, total for about 1hour and 40 minutes, but the bus didn't come. I called the customer service three times, and he answered that there was a delay and didn't answer from the third time. How did this happen? I couldn't make it to New York because of the no-show on the bus. I absolutely don't need any free reschedule the ticket. I need full refund about my ticket and the compensation for my NY trip. I lost $400 including the musical, cruise, museum tour ticket. I totally lose confidence in using your company. Reply me as soon as possible.
