I'm so disgusted with eagle liner. As I write this email I'm waiting in Heidelberg waiting for a bus that's from durban. It's true what they say, the cheaper it is the shit it is. Never again!!! Been waiting for a bus at the Eastlondon bus station, only to find out the bus left already, they asked a hawker to ask if there's any eagle liner passengers they never came, it's not the first time c ... Been waiting for a bus at the Eastlondon bus station, only to find out the bus left already, they asked a hawker to ask if there's any eagle liner passengers they never came, it's not the first time catching a bus at the Eastlondon station but asking a hawker to call out names was a No go, offices were closed, these people mustn't play with us...

I travelled with Eagle liner bus 804 that departed from Pretoria to Idutywa on 21/06/2024. The bus was clean, comfortable seats, aircon working(only charging ports on the left side were faulty. The bus was clean, comfortable seats, aircon working(only charging ports on the left side were faulty. The bus was on time and we arrived on time in our destinations. The driver was so friendly and very professional. Even though i was skeptical about Eagleliner due to the reviews, i had a pleasant experience. I got value for my money.

I'm in bus number 831 going to Queen's town we had an accident hitting a car that was parked wrongly on the road it is not our driver's fault he was driving nicely,I thought we have hit a cow but mana ... Horrible horrible!!! Too many stops arrived 4 hours later at the set destination. No ventilation, the bus was late for the pick up, people got squeezed in from another bus. What a horrible experience.

Worst bus ride ever no space cramped says toilets on bus no toilets or entertainment staff keeps back seat for themselfves to sleep while passengers cant even sit comfotably never again!!!!!!! Not eve ...
