I waz going to eagle liner because of R370 from sibasa to Pretoria when I arrived at till they tell me it's R400 I feel disappointed because of this I won't use this transport anymore

The bus was nothing like what I expected when I purchased my ticket. It had poor ventilation, we had to keep opening and closing windows throughout the trip. It had poor ventilation, we had to keep opening and closing windows throughout the trip. There was no air conditioning, no charging ports, and no basic comfort features at all. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, making the long journey even worse. To make matters worse, the driver drove very roughly after Aliwal North approaching Queenstown, which felt unsafe. Overall, the service was terrible and far below standard. This was my worst bus experience ever, and I will definitely not be using Eagle Liner again. Passengers should be clearly informed about what they are booking. It’s unfair to surprise people at the last minute when boarding. Absolutely the worst experience

This is a shitty service I've seen in my life. I regret every minute for choosing eagleliner. My ticket says the bus will leave Midrand at 5pm on the 19/12/2025 and arrive to Lusikisiki at 8am on the ... This is a shitty service I've seen in my life. I regret every minute for choosing eagleliner. My ticket says the bus will leave Midrand at 5pm on the 19/12/2025 and arrive to Lusikisiki at 8am on the 20/12/2026 but I'm tying this message at 12pm on the 20/12/2026 stranded in Kokstad, this is a disrespect at very different level no body is telling us what's happening why we don't have a bus to our destination or why we're we taken off from the one we came with. You should have just said you don't take Bizana, Flagstaff and Lusikisiki because this nonsense and disrespect.

The bus was 3.5hrs late, after being an hour late, I called and was lied to, being told the bus is an hour away. One hour later, I phoned again and bus was suddenly 1h30min away. I had to find another way to travel and was refused a refund. Disgusting transporter that lies to its patrons and then refuses accountability.

Iam highly dissapointed in Eagle liner. One, the bus was extremely late very late and secondly there was no comment or whatsoever from the bus service. I waited from the departure time which was 03:30 until 05:44 and still no show of the bus. Intercity Express arrived and I had to enquire from that bus driver about Eagle liner. The driver from Intercity was very helpful and contacted Eagle Liner to get confirmation from the passengers list and I took that bus. I won't book an Eagle liner bus again. They don't communicate at all. That's very poor service from their side. The email address that is printed in the tickets is not even in service nor the customer care line. How do they operate like that. I'm highly dissapointed in them. A big thumbs up to the bus driver of Intercity. He did his job so diligently. Eagle liner needs to wake up and communicate with their passengers

The bus was an hour late, the condition of the bus was not godd, no charging ports.. And the bus wouldn't start after the midway stop.. Would definitely not be using again.

Very bad service. Drivers are rude. Fokol communication,the bus was 4 hours late. Driver driving LV30ZZGP was super rude. Will never recommend Eagle Liner to anyone
