Our bus was supposed to depart at 09:00am boom an hour later we still waiting for the bus.

We just received sms that the bus for the 14th of June 18:30 is canceled and we must contact your office. All your numbers are not going through what is the point of giving us contact if you gonna ans ... The service is poor, you can not pick me up from Pretoria and just drop me in Johannesburg with no other bus to get in. I waited for 4 hours in the dark before the other bus came and your offices clo ... I waited for 4 hours in the dark before the other bus came and your offices closed and left us outside. We all know how that park station is not safe especially with load shedding. You really need to take our safety and time seriously.

The bus is over 2 hours late, the people on the front desk are rude... definitely my last time booking Eldo Coaches.

I took a buss from Joburg to Cape town 13:00-7;00am. I was pressed and fortunate enough the driver stopped for about 10 minutes on the field , not sure what was he doing I then jumped quickly to reli ... To come back in the driver shouted me so loud saying I must never ever do that .I do not know the rules of the buses but I was pressed and I urgently needed to relief myself.such embarassed and humiliation I ever encountered on this day it's not to be forgotten.this is my very last time using eldo couch..

Very poor service. When the bus is running late, they cannot even tell you the revised ETA. Instead they will tell you just wait, the bus is coming.

Very poor service, booked a bus online from Durban to Johannesburg, when I wanted to change departure time entering their reservation reference pops up a message saying no reservation booked for that ... Next day try to call all their branches with no respond but they say they are rendering a 24/7 service. Again send message on their WhatsApp number their reply-I must go to their nearest office or send someone with the ticket to reschedule, I told them I was far from their offices and I can not get anyone to go there, after that there was no reply. Again send an email to the with no respond as well up to this day. I will never ever use their buses as they can not help their customers in all of their platforms.

The worst bus service ever, booked for last week Sunday 09;00 and the bus came an hour and half later but boarded on the 09;30 bus because there was space. then we got to half way and another bus brok ... BUSSES CONSTANTLY DELAYED- WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE , LEAVING PASSENGERS STRANDED AND NONE OF ... DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! BUSSES CONSTANTLY DELAYED- WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE , LEAVING PASSENGERS STRANDED AND NONE OF THEIR TELEPHONES WORK SO YOU CANNOT REACH ANYONE. WE HAVE BEEN STRANDED AT THE STATION FOR 5 HRS WITH NO COMMUNICATION OR ETA. THEY ALSO DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR DELAYS AND BREAKDOWNS. JUDGING BY THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS , THEY JUST DONT CARE. I booked a bus for 07:30(from Pretoria to Pietermaritzburg) on the 28 of April 2023.Eldo coaches sent a citiliner bus to take us from Pretoria to Johannesburg, to wait for our bus at Park Station. The bus arrived at 13:00. I waited for the bus from 07:00 to 13:00. Everybody there who were also waiting for the bus, were angry. Everyone was fighting to get into the bus first because there was only one bus, the other two busses arrived later. I wouldn't recommend Eldo coaches to anyone because we tried reporting them to the police. The police said there's nothing they can do, and people have been complaining about Eldo coaches. If you ask for your money back, you won't get it. BAD SERVICE!!!👎
