Poor customer service. Why was I transferred mid journey into a matatu that I had to wait for to be full making me late and putting my safety at risk as it is night time right now. I used ena coach to transport some bananas from kisii nyakoe to be exact on Sunday 20th morning they arrived in Nakuru on Thursday 24th and in the worst condition. My package was badly damaged to the ... I used ena coach to transport some bananas from kisii nyakoe to be exact on Sunday 20th morning they arrived in Nakuru on Thursday 24th and in the worst condition. My package was badly damaged to the extent I had to dispose of most of the bananas. Kindly do something about your services when it comes to courier my bananas went to Nairobi first before they arrived in Nakuru. I am counting losses please do something about it. I don't think I would use your buses again or even recommend someone to use it to transport mizigo.

Very horrible customer service. The buses were late for 10 hours. I had to spend the night and half the day seated in the cold. They do not refund the customer's fare. They do not refund the customer's fare. I think it's made for people going to kisii, Busia and Kisumu. They are pathetic liars too. No one should risk to take this bus if going to Mombasa.

The supervisor was way too much to me. As being a a female passenger they were about to take me off at 2:00 A.M night at a place where no counters or shops would be opened. As being a a female passenger they were about to take me off at 2:00 A.M night at a place where no counters or shops would be opened. I asked him to tell me the time to reach at my destination so that I can call my family member to pick me up. But he was just muttering the words rudely and also mocked me by discussing this fact with his colleagues. Then I had to change the bus and take a new bus from abdullahpur, shymoli n.r. bus. Far better from this stupid service and stupid bus.

ENA coach is so useless. The interest of their passengers is not their concern. My sister boarded their vehicle with a three month baby. When their staff got to the accident scene, they attended to th ... ENA coach is so useless. The interest of their passengers is not their concern. My sister boarded their vehicle with a three month baby. When their staff got to the accident scene, they attended to the vehicle instead of first looking at the interest of the passengers. My injured sister and child were left at the mercies of good samaritans. At a point of distress, their office couldn't even offer accurate info. In fact, they gave us wrong info on the hospital the victims were taken to. So absurd. My heart bled 😭

Ena coach is the worst parcel sending courier,they have staff who will steal your goods if they find out the goods are more expensive than the declared amount.make sure you give the correct value inca ... A baby cot was send to me from Nairobi on date 17th,1st the bus didn't alert me my parcel has arrived,I had to follow-up, when I went to pick it up I found some vendors using it as a display shelf out ... Ena Coach Parcel Delivery is the worst. I paid for my parcel to be delivered to Rongai and paid 500 for it. The guys delivered the parcel to K.P.C.U. I had to travel back and forth from Nairobi to Kis ... Ena Coach Parcel Delivery is the worst. I paid for my parcel to be delivered to Rongai and paid 500 for it. The guys delivered the parcel to K.P.C.U. I had to travel back and forth from Nairobi to Kiserian from 3rd to 6th before my parcel was finally traced. It cost me a lot of unnecessary money to travel daily to K.P.C.U for three consecutive days. The man at the Rongai picking station does not pick calls or make meaningful follow up. One fellow at K.P.C.U by the name Abel Amayo or something is very arrogant and rude. The guy disregards customer complaints and acts as though he is the busiest of them all and cannot follow up on a parcel which he should be responsible for. Very arrogant man. worst services ever.
