Had my ticket booked on 14th April 2026. When we arrived at the stage (Changamwe, mombasa), the attendant demanded rather than requesting a top-up on what I had paid online. When we arrived at the stage (Changamwe, mombasa), the attendant demanded rather than requesting a top-up on what I had paid online. He claimed that prices had changed and the company required as to top-up! Without even informing as???? Not via message, a call, nor email!! How??? On the day of travelling really!!!!! And this ena coach "parcel" vehicles. What parcels are they carrying??? Cause they overcharge the fares! Si mbebeshe tu na buses basi! Kwanza there's this kisii guy working at the changamwe ena coach booking office. That guy!! A fraud! He's made alot of people to disguise this booking office. With that "gunia" guy of his!!!!😡 There are alot of people who can do these jobs bana. Mtu mmoja asiwaharibie marketing...

Stranded since 1AM to 6 AM on an ENA Coach bus from Port Victoria to Mombasa after a breakdown. Over 5 hours of waiting with no rescue bus, no communication, no support. The operators are as cold and ... Stranded since 1AM to 6 AM on an ENA Coach bus from Port Victoria to Mombasa after a breakdown. Over 5 hours of waiting with no rescue bus, no communication, no support. The operators are as cold and do not care at all. Even worse, passengers are being asked to PAY EXTRA for alternative transport after a situation caused by the company. This is unacceptable and cruel. I would never recommend.

Bus was going from Busia to Mombasa via Nairobi. Two drivers on board. The driver from Busia to Nairobi was calm - something that can feel quite unusual on Kenyan roads! The driver from Busia to Nairobi was calm - something that can feel quite unusual on Kenyan roads! The other driver was friendly and professional in his dealings with customers. The bus departed on time and was only eventually delayed due to road congestion. It took 11 hours to get from Busia to Nairobi, rather than the estimated 9. The bus was comfortable, although it could do with a deep clean. Bottled water handed out to each customer. I would not hesitate before using Ena Coaches again (which is more than I can say about another company with whom I travelled to Busia!).

I will not be using ENA coach in the future and wouldn’t recommend either. First, when we got to luggage checking, I had a suitcase, my stuff were paraded out in the open by the roadside for every passerby to see, no consideration whatsoever for my privacy which their claim to offer. I asked the attendant to do the checking in a bit more closed up space to which he responded rudely. That felt humiliating. Secondly my seat’s adjustment lever, seat 10L was broken , I had to sit in an uncomfortable slanted position through the journey which was very straining to my back. I asked the driver to help adjust which he tried without any success. This suggests that there wasn’t any prior checks made to the shuttle before dispatch. Also the vehicle itself was very shaky throughout the journey suggesting poor maintenance.

Poor customer service. Why was I transferred mid journey into a matatu that I had to wait for to be full making me late and putting my safety at risk as it is night time right now. I used ena coach to transport some bananas from kisii nyakoe to be exact on Sunday 20th morning they arrived in Nakuru on Thursday 24th and in the worst condition. My package was badly damaged to the ... I used ena coach to transport some bananas from kisii nyakoe to be exact on Sunday 20th morning they arrived in Nakuru on Thursday 24th and in the worst condition. My package was badly damaged to the extent I had to dispose of most of the bananas. Kindly do something about your services when it comes to courier my bananas went to Nairobi first before they arrived in Nakuru. I am counting losses please do something about it. I don't think I would use your buses again or even recommend someone to use it to transport mizigo.
