I just want to thank the customer service rep, Lesley Hansen for helping to get my son home for a doctor's appointment. His original bus was cancelled because of bad weather in Denver & Greeley. No on ... I just want to thank the customer service rep, Lesley Hansen for helping to get my son home for a doctor's appointment. His original bus was cancelled because of bad weather in Denver & Greeley. No one had told us that we needed to schedule a bus for the next available travel day. However, we were not able to schedule another bus until his doctor could reschedule him. This took 3 weeks. He is on his way home now for his doctor appointment. THANK YOU!
