On 23 jan from grant road and rajkot timing was told 1 pm on 24 1 15 but bus reached at 5 Pm at gondal chokdi drop and driver was so rude and was very very very slow and took bus from ahmedabad city which is not tbe route it should go from directly higway my seat no was 15 16 and 31 all the function for which we went was over and it was waste of money this is not the wat of service you offered very wrong thing i paid 7603 rs
Bus no NL 01 B 9898 i also complained to rajkot office mumbai office but did not got any support we will be complaining the same to transport department and also negetive reviwes will be sent on all social media platforms i will assure that no one use you service and will take legal action on this such worst service and rudness was not expected from such a big transport compqny waste of time waste of money

Stuck at Bristol airport , passengers been waiting for 2 hours bus doesn’t park in designated space so everyone has to run to get on bus , excepting only online tickets which a lot of people don’t have . Over 70 people waiting awful service will never use again , now trying to get a bus to train station
