We left Lloret for Barcelona airport at 4 p.m. The bus driver sometimes braked suddenly for no reason and did not drive well. I wanted to go to the bathroom, but it was locked. When I went there to as ... We left Lloret for Barcelona airport at 4 p.m. The bus driver sometimes braked suddenly for no reason and did not drive well. I wanted to go to the bathroom, but it was locked. When I went there to ask him to open it or give me the key, he asked me why! I don't think it has anything to do with that, nor with keeping it locked. And then he told me to sit down and didn't answer why he wouldn't open it. I don't think that's fair.

Customer service? Moventis' staff are not familiar with this term. My experience is customer abuse. I was on holiday with my partner and 6 months old baby, trying to get to Barcelona. We boarded a Mov ... Customer service? Moventis' staff are not familiar with this term. My experience is customer abuse. I was on holiday with my partner and 6 months old baby, trying to get to Barcelona. We boarded a Moventis bus, paid for the tickets, not a problem at first. At the next stop, which was the actual bus station, we were asked to leave, threatened with police and left on the street far from our destination for no reason at all. We were told the bus driver sold us tickets for places alredy booked online. The other Moventis employee at the next stop kicked us out. She told us that we will be refunded for the tickets. When we left the bus, we were given a form to fill, which we did, but we did't get the money back. We were told to wait for the refund to be applied on the card. Fair enough, but 2 weeks on and we are still waiting. The said employee refused to give her name, even when asked repeatedly. So now there is no one in the company to refer to with regards to this situation. Absolute disgrace and treatment unimaginable anywhere else
