Very bad customer service. I purchased 4 tickets from Baguio to NAIA 3 days before our trip. Unfortunately, one of us has to cancel his trip due to unavoidable circumstances. A day before out trip, I ... Very bad customer service. I purchased 4 tickets from Baguio to NAIA 3 days before our trip. Unfortunately, one of us has to cancel his trip due to unavoidable circumstances. A day before out trip, I requested for a refund but was denied. Their policy as per the service attendant is that purchased tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! The supposed seat of the young guy who was not able to make the trip was filled though. When I read their guidelines at the back of the ticket, I was shocked. It contained provisions that are for the benefit of Genesis bus, but almost without any regard to customers. Beware!
