You book Greyhound premium they bring a budget linear that is vandalized with no charging points. The bus broke down halfway and we had to wait 8 hours for another bus coming from joburg which was abo ... The bus broke down halfway and we had to wait 8 hours for another bus coming from joburg which was about 750km from the breakdown. Greyhound is the new Roadlink, ridiculous bus.

Greyhound should SHUT DOWN AGAIN!!!! Awful customers service. The staff here is disgusting rude and lack humility. We didn't miss much with Greyhound. Park Station service is a disaster. No clear communication. Was sent from 1 que to another. Waited 3 hours for the bus that made us late for our appointment.

I am really disappointed with your service.This was the first and last time travelling with your bus .You don't respect us and you don’t even take us serious . First the bus come late ,no communicat ... First the bus come late ,no communication and the bus had problems and we had to wait for another bus which too long to come and was also not in good conditions and the toilet was not even working .please services your buses and improve your communication

The bus was nice looking, with comfy seats especially downstairs, I thought it was going to be a very comfortable journey. Until I realised the air-conditioning is blowing put hot air only. For 16 ... The bus was nice looking, with comfy seats especially downstairs, I thought it was going to be a very comfortable journey. Until I realised the air-conditioning is blowing put hot air only. For 16 hours straight. I was boiling, it was unbearable, and I have ptsd, so this definitely put me off using them again. I almost got out in Blomfontein and just abandoned the bud it was so bad....never again

Extremely disappointing experience. Website indicates WiFi available, charging ports, which was not the case, as there was no WiFi, and charging ports were either broken or not functional at all. To ... Extremely disappointing experience. Website indicates WiFi available, charging ports, which was not the case, as there was no WiFi, and charging ports were either broken or not functional at all. To add to this, there were cockroaches everywhere, completely disgusting. Greyhound was once one of the best bus companies, sadly not anymore.
