If I could give half a star I would. The disorder. The filth. The lack of personnel presence...I am in awe of this bus liners decline as a former luxury sevice. It is currently a skeleton of its self!

This was one of the worst trips l have ever taken. We boarded in Capetown on the 30-04-24. The same bus that dropped people at the station is the same bus that came to collect us to Joburg. It was not ... This was one of the worst trips l have ever taken. We boarded in Capetown on the 30-04-24. The same bus that dropped people at the station is the same bus that came to collect us to Joburg. It was not cleaned had some unpleasant smell. Not to talk about the aircons. Nothing seemed to work. Charging systems were horrible. The journeyur was very long and uncomfortable. We constantly asked for the Aircon but instead got hot air. Up and until the driver came and opened the windows. The worst part is there were no explanations given to us. We were going to Midrand when we arrived at parkstation we were told to shift to the other bus without any explanation again. The other bus also broke down we ended up dropping off before reaching out destination of which l had lost part of my luggage be ause of their negligence. Longest trip in my life. I would recommend a soul to use it.

I always give this bus service the benefit of a doubt, and I always get disappointed. The buses are NEVER ON TIME they not punctual at all and there are always delays. It is really frustrating. There is no customer service for this bus service. I am waiting over a month now for my refund. No communication, no refund!!!!

Check-in starts 30 min earlier. Regards Greyhound/Citiliner. This is a joke considering the prices I paid and the price for Citiliner . This bus does not even the plugs for such a long road how I am going to charge my laptop? This is nonsense and there is no one to the us customers anything about this when buying a ticket. This a scam.
