The bus was nice looking, with comfy seats especially downstairs, I thought it was going to be a very comfortable journey. Until I realised the air-conditioning is blowing put hot air only. For 16 hours straight. I was boiling, it was unbearable, and I have ptsd, so this definitely put me off using them again. I almost got out in Blomfontein and just abandoned the bud it was so bad....never again

Website indicates WiFi available, charging ports, which was not the case, as there was no WiFi, and charging ports were either broken or not functional at all. To add to this, there were cockroaches everywhere, completely disgusting.
Greyhound was once one of the best bus companies, sadly not anymore.

Very disappointed in Greyhound. It use to be one of the top luxury buses in SA but my experience on the bus was horrible. There were cockroaches not just one, PLENTY! Walking on the window, I had to stay awake to make sure they don’t crawl on my son while he was asleep. The toilet was disgusting, it looked and smelled like a public toilet and of cause cockroaches in there too.

What a bad experience some of the seat adjustments do not work and waiting for stops is a nightmare just a horrible experience since I was going from Cape Town to Pretoria nothing hurts more than sitting uncomfortably for 17hr straight Evan Intercape was a hundred times better than this don’t recommend 😪
