Im always very please with the service.. But please fumigate the busses.. there are cockroaches everywhere.. Im always worried they'll crawl into my ears if I fall asleep..

I traveled to jhb from gqeberha on the 29 may 2026 16:00 drivers were fair. The only bad expirance I got was people not flushing the toilet it was full of tissue paper and urine and one passenger lat ... The only bad expirance I got was people not flushing the toilet it was full of tissue paper and urine and one passenger later smoked in the toilet and was reprimanded by one driver I suggest that before the the take off rules of the bus be read for travelers or send an sms or email notice including the rules this will prohibit bad expirance On 31 may 2026 I returned from jhb to Gqeberha service was good only bad experience was the driver not communicating properly his tone was as if he is speaking to kids every time he was saying something I believe the passengers are not expecting a driver who is very friendly but must be polite and firm.and also communicate in a language that everyone can hear

Bus has been in one place for more than 6 hours with no improvement or any proper updates. This is inhumane and unacceptable.

I am so frustrated by Greyhound the bus broke down at 12:45 until now, as im writing this it is 18:20 N3 after the Tugela Ferry plaza. We have spent 6 hours, we are hungry, we are also thirsty, the to ... I am so frustrated by Greyhound the bus broke down at 12:45 until now, as im writing this it is 18:20 N3 after the Tugela Ferry plaza. We have spent 6 hours, we are hungry, we are also thirsty, the toilet is smelling. We received messages saying other bus is coming in 45 minutes. Still nothing, we booked an early bus so that we will arrive early in Johannesburg and get transport to where we stay. Now we have to borrow money hence we will arrive late, there will be no public transport. Our safety is compromised, Greyhound is incompetent. I'm angry and disappointed

You book Greyhound premium they bring a budget linear that is vandalized with no charging points. The bus broke down halfway and we had to wait 8 hours for another bus coming from joburg which was abo ... The bus broke down halfway and we had to wait 8 hours for another bus coming from joburg which was about 750km from the breakdown. Greyhound is the new Roadlink, ridiculous bus.

Greyhound should SHUT DOWN AGAIN!!!! Awful customers service. The staff here is disgusting rude and lack humility. We didn't miss much with Greyhound. Park Station service is a disaster. No clear communication. Was sent from 1 que to another. Waited 3 hours for the bus that made us late for our appointment.

I am really disappointed with your service.This was the first and last time travelling with your bus .You don't respect us and you don’t even take us serious . First the bus come late ,no communicat ...
