Worst customer experience. Buyer beware regarding policy and procedures. Tickets were pre-purchased online. A request cancel within 24hrs after purchase was denied due to policy. We had to continue wi ... Worst customer experience. Buyer beware regarding policy and procedures. Tickets were pre-purchased online. A request cancel within 24hrs after purchase was denied due to policy. We had to continue with our reservations only for them to cancel our reservations once we arrived to their departure terminal in a foreign country. They have given me the run around regarding my refund. Still awaiting a resolution to this. My mistake was pre-purchasing tickets. There really should be some indication on there website regarding these guidelines easily visible. Never again will I purchase with this company.

Your bus service is great but you should not let people on the bus that are sick, my week vacation in Mexico was spent in bed sick as a dog.!!!!!
