Ordered online for a ride from Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport. I got a confirmation both on the site and by email that my reservation was made. Later they emailed saying the transport company needed by flight and arrival time. I noted I am going TO the airport, not being picked up FROM the airport. They replied they needed by details of my outbound flight # and time. Why is that needed just to drop me off at the airport. I gave them the departure time but refused to share what airline and flight # I was on. They cancelled my reservation and told me that there are no refunds for cancellation...even thought THEY cancelled on me.

Booked a minivan for my family from Antigua to Rio Dulce. They told us to be waiting outside at 03:30 for pickup. We were not picked up until 05:15. It was a bus with 17 passengers. The bus was old with broken seats, broken seat belts and handles. This service is way overpriced, and very poor. We took private shuttles in nice vans throughout the rest of the country. Guatego was very disappointing

Don't recommend this shuttle. when we arrived at the airport, no one was there. The appointed time passed, I worried that it is a scam, so I found wifi to contact them, ok, they replied, and finally a driver showed up but was 20 mins delayed. And the price is much higher than other shuttles. I just consider the safety of the chicken bus before, but when I saw what the chicken buses were like out of the airport and even they were gone before the Guatego showed up, I regretted.
