i had very horrible experience in travelling through Gujarat Travels. bus came one hour late and reached 9 hours late to the destination.. Bus driver was rude, driving very slow and also bus had some ... i had very horrible experience in travelling through Gujarat Travels. bus came one hour late and reached 9 hours late to the destination.. Bus driver was rude, driving very slow and also bus had some technical issue, for some time bus was stopped on highway and some travelers find another way to reach to their destination. i was with my family - kids and i had to wait till bus got repaired. bus stopped at all worst hotels at worst timings. break fast at 11 am, lunch at 3 pm and dinner at 11 pm. i will never recommend to travel through gujarat travels. this bus focuses on courier and packages more and so was over loaded and bus was not able to run on regular speed. bus was running at 40 km per hour. we called to the operator during journey as well and complained. some people missed their connecting journey flights and trains.. this is just not acceptable.. in india only these much delays and things are allowed. the worst place and worst serviced.. they do not feel sorry by dropping 9 hours late. very very very very very bad and unsatisfactory.

Yesterday by mistake booked the same day ticket.bija days ni ticket krvani hti to same day nu thai gai..so red bus ma contact kryu to ke gujrat travels ma call kro.gujrat travel ma call kryu tu clear ... Even after paying AC ... Heading: Never Trust Gujarat Travels - Waster of Money and Time Really bad experience with Gujarat Travels. The bus was 6 hours late, causing huge inconvenience and loss of time. Even after paying AC charges, the AC was not working at all. On top of that, 4–5 people were forced to sit in a single sleeper seat, which was unacceptable and very uncomfortable. The service quality was extremely poor. I strongly request everyone never to travel with Gujarat Travels and Red bus platform. Do not invest your money in such a wrong place – you will only get stress and loss in return. There are far better operators available who value customers.

The bus quality was extremely poor, AC was not working even after charging for AC tickets. Seats were uncomfortable, timings were not maintained 5 hour bus late, and customer. I faced a huge financial and mental loss due to their service. I strongly suggest avoiding this operator. There are far better and more reliable options available. Do not waste your money and time with Gujarat Travels and Red bus platform.
