The bus toilet was dirty. The bus was very slow, the drivers said it has no power and they don’t know the reason,but we were never changed to another bus or alternative transportation,we travelled until we got to Cape Town after 22 hours . Felt very unsafe as if I’m on final destination. And the numbers on the ticket aren’t helpful too as long the money is already on their side. It was an awful first experience of this bus. They need to do better .

We booked a bus for 18:50 and waited two hours to be acknowledged, they then told us that their busses are full and we will have to take a taxi. When we refused to do that they were hostile towards us ...
We booked a bus for 18:50 and waited two hours to be acknowledged, they then told us that their busses are full and we will have to take a taxi. When we refused to do that they were hostile towards us telling us there is nothing else they can do. We asked for our money back and after a 10 minutes arguing with them they gave us the money. A man named Prince was having a disagreement with us and when we told him that we were going to report his behaviour he got worse. We were lucky because the police were there and he couldn’t do anything to us! Poor service and entitled people!

The bus did show up.. I was supposed to live Ngcobo at 14:00 but they sent massage at 9:30 that say I must go to Cofimvaba they will not stop at Ngcobo. I used my own money to there which is R80, and ...
The bus did show up.. I was supposed to live Ngcobo at 14:00 but they sent massage at 9:30 that say I must go to Cofimvaba they will not stop at Ngcobo. I used my own money to there which is R80, and money I was going to buy food, so I had no food, and in Cofimvaba we waited till late they didn’t communicate with us so we had to use our own airtime to call them. They have poor communication
