Horrible, racially biased, disgusting company, staff and bus. Before we even got on the bus our snacks were taken from us, with no explanation. Just took the bag without saying anything. My partner took it back and we went to our seats, which were at the front of the bus (b1 and c1) and both window seats i believe. I started to put my stuff down and was told no no, and taken to the back of the bus, and we were put in the middle aisle. I get motion sickness and need to be by a window but that was a no go. even though the bus was empty for the whole first half of the journey we weren’t allowed to move.
The snacks were then taken from us again, and we were aggressively shown a sign saying no food. which is fine, completely understandable other than the fact that literally every other sleeper bus i’ve been on allowed snacks. and the fact that locals had food and we’re actively eating in their bunks. we also hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast. my partner and i were like, okay, at least the bus will stop right and we can eat our snacks then? nope, we stopped once for less than 10 minutes. might have even been 5?
Throughout the trip the curtains to the bunk were ripped open for no reason, once both at the same time, my foot was grabbed and i was even leant on by staff members. no explanation given. my partner has a broken hand and someone got on and tried to move him to a top bunk which we refused! kinda weird that locals are allowed to move bunks and decide where they get to sit!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Me pusieron en el medio del pasillo, sin espacio para mis cosas, mientras otros elegían asiento libremente. Cuando me quejé de manera respetuosa, ellos quisieron echarme del autobús. Llamé a dos números y tras escuchar mi queja me ignoraron completamente. No recomendaría este servicio EN MI VIDA

Horrible and Dangerous Experience with Hana Luyen
I want to share the terrible experience I had with Hana Luyen in Vietnam. I was traveling on their sleeper bus for 5.5 hours, and during the entire journey, there were no stops, even though it’s a long period of time where any passenger would need a break. At some point, I was in severe discomfort and urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked the driver several times to stop, but despite my pleading and even crying, he refused aggressively.
After I felt like I couldn’t hold it any longer, the driver suddenly stopped the bus in the middle of a busy highway next to a railroad track and threw me and my husband out in the rain, along with all our luggage, without any concern for our well-being. This is unacceptable, dangerous, and shocking behavior.
We even have video footage showing the driver acting violently towards us.
We have already submitted a formal complaint to Vietnam’s tourism authorities about this incident, and I strongly advise avoiding traveling with Hana Luyen, especially after this horrible and dangerous experience.

We booked a ticket with 12Go from Dong Hoi to Hoi An. It was supposed to be a 34 Sear bus - no sleeper bus direct to Hoi An. What we got was a Sleeper bus with transfer to van from Da Nang. That would have been ok but the service on the bus was awful. No one spoke English in a bus with 80% westerners. That would have been ok too but the language barrier did not help. From the moment we entered the bus the person who loads the luggage assigns seats etc. was simply rude. Yelling, pointing and more yelling. During our 6.5h travel we got to toilet breaks. The first one 1h in was ok. The second one the women’s bathroom was sub par, the bus employee peed in the bushes, the employees must have had ordered food ahead of time. They finished eating within 10 min. Non of the passengers had the time to eat nor was it communicated in any way that we could. In Hue we dropped half of the passengers and some of the continuing passengers wanted to use the bathroom- no such luck as the bus employee rudely advised them back to the bus. We got transferred to the van, drove to Hoi An. The van stopped not at the advertised address, the driver left a few minutes, came back to us and told us unmistakably get out. No I would not recommend using this bus service. After traveling 2 months in SEA this was the worst service

Avoid, and there are plenty of alternative companies you can use.

Nightmare Experience – Do Not Book With This Company
My husband and I recently took a bus from Da Nang to Phong Nha, and it was absolutely dreadful. From the start, the staff were rude and unprofessional, which set the tone for the entire trip. The bus was uncomfortable, and the pillow had a strong smell of sweat.
But the real nightmare happened after all the other passengers had gotten off at their stops. We were among the last to remain on the bus, and shortly after, my purse went missing. My purse contained my passport and other valuables. The only people left on the bus were the two staff members and us.
I cannot believe this happened, and it’s clear that this company cannot be trusted with your belongings. Many buses are booked through brokers, so I had no idea who I was actually booking with, but I will make sure to never make that mistake again. If you value your safety and your possessions, do NOT book with this company.

The bus was late. There was terrible communication (they didn't announce stops), the drivers were rude, and most importantly, they were speeding driving in excess of 120km/h. Even on single carriage roads, even in the rain. Weaving in and out of traffic. A terrible experience. I don't recommend it.

The host at the bus pushed me several times to go and sit at the back seat when the bus had more than half free seats. I have motion sickness, so I refused and was trying to use google translate to explain this. He was seeing this and still didn’t care and kept pushing me and my arm. Literally pushing by force. After he read the translation he still didn’t care and kept doing the same thing and shouting as well. At the end I had get off the bus and ask help from my hotel reception. And while I was explaining the reception his behaviour as hitting and pushing me, he was laughing. I stayed at my seat by the help of reception and just after 1 minute driving, he got many new people on the bus who were local and able to sit whereever they wanted.
