Our journey was very comfortable. The best part was the helpful bus staff, who made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the journey.

Worst travel. Not punctual. Bus waited 2 hrs for a bordiee. Driver stopped in between, to add more people, who haven't booked (road side). Missed my interview. Missed my interview. Don't travel with hanz, if you have any important meeting, never reach at time. Customer care also bluff, they cut call if cannot resolve. Same every time every customer care did. Driver is the king, in this company, he is not obliged to make one reach on time. He added many people on road.

This was my worst bus journey ever!!! The bus was highly delayed for more than 1.5 hours than expected ETA. The bus was ridiculously unhygienic. The bus was constantly stinking, there were bed bugs in ... This was my worst bus journey ever!!! The bus was highly delayed for more than 1.5 hours than expected ETA. The bus was ridiculously unhygienic. The bus was constantly stinking, there were bed bugs in the seats as my entire body was itching post the journey. The rest stops were poorly chosen, those were not suited for families or standard people, rather more suitable for truck drivers. There is no pillows or water bottles provided, the seats do not have protective handles and the driver drives the bus roughly so so from safety point of view also it was very poor. Ar one point, black dirty water was dripping from the ac vent right above my seat about which the bus operator did nothing when we complained. The crowd was too unhygienic too. The route is constantly changed causing delays like this, and the bus operators had tie-ups with rural policemen to get each luggage checked for alcohol unnecessarily. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. If i could give a negative rating to this journey/travels/this bus, i would.

To such a long journey, they are not providing water bottles. However, the cleaner has loaded the water bottle box and kept in luggage. On enquiry, he said our company is not proving water bottle.

never ever try to travel with Hans Travel buses. so so much delayed to dropping. no safety seats in buses. no comfort zone all time bus is shaking . Do not ever travel with this bus
