Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Hans Travels. My ticket was cancelled at the last moment, which gave me the impression that the seat was being resold at a higher price. This cau ... Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Hans Travels. My ticket was cancelled at the last moment, which gave me the impression that the seat was being resold at a higher price. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me with very little time to make alternative arrangements. On top of that, I had paid for a single seat, but I was pressured to accept a double seat instead, despite having specifically paid for the single-seat option. Customers pay for a particular service and seat, and the company should honour what was booked and paid for. Cancelling tickets at the last moment and forcing customers to accept a different seating arrangement is unacceptable.

I booked a ticket from Raipur to Nagpur for a 4:30 departure and arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes early. I tried calling the provided pickup contact number, but it was switched off; I tried agai ... I tried calling the provided pickup contact number, but it was switched off; I tried again around 5:15, but it was still off. I also attempted to call customer care, but the line was busy (on call waiting). When the bus finally arrived—significantly delayed—I asked the driver why I hadn't been informed about the delay, but his response was simply, "That’s how things work here." Please improve your communication; furthermore, the rude behavior of your driver and conductor was a major issue.
