To such a long journey, they are not providing water bottles. However, the cleaner has loaded the water bottle box and kept in luggage. On enquiry, he said our company is not proving water bottle.

never ever try to travel with Hans Travel buses. so so much delayed to dropping. no safety seats in buses. no comfort zone all time bus is shaking . Do not ever travel with this bus

Worst bus ever.The condition of bus so pathetic,the bus stinks, doesn't take any of the highways ,scary experience. The bus is in such a bad condition tht felt it might breakdown anytime. Worst experience ever Our bus timing was 1 PM and we reached the bus stop on time, but right after arriving we got a message saying the bus was delayed by 2 hours. When we called the bus driver for a ... Worst experience ever Our bus timing was 1 PM and we reached the bus stop on time, but right after arriving we got a message saying the bus was delayed by 2 hours. When we called the bus driver for an update, he was extremely arrogant, rude, and even abusive We had to wait under harsh sunlight at the bus stop for 2 hours with no proper communication or apology from their side. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. Never booking this bus again. Please don’t waste your money or time on this service.

Never travel with the hans travels. This travel not on proper time and they change rout for saving toll, driver drive vheicle very roughly, this travels are waist of money and waist of time. Between the rout they are changed the bus and waiting for one an hour unnecessarily. This travel is very harassing physical mental and financial I suggest to every one never travel with hans travels.
