I had a very bad experience traveling from Pune to Ujjain with Hans Travels. They initially told us that the bus would drop us directly at Ujjain, but instead, they dropped us at Indore without any proper information or arrangement for further travel. This caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. The service was not as promised, and the overall experience was extremely poor. Very unprofessional — I would not recommend Hans Travels to others based on this trip.

मैंने इंदौर से पुणे के लिए हंस बस बुक की थी। बुकिंग में स्लीपर बस दिखाई गई, लेकिन मिली सीटिंग बस।
बस 5 घंटे लेट पहुँची, जबकि कोई ट्रैफिक नहीं था।
बारिश में बस के अंदर पानी टपक रहा था, सीटें भीग गईं।

ड्राइवर से शिकायत करने पर उसने कहा – “सेठ जी से बात करो” और मदद से मना कर दिया।
साथ ही बिना टिकट यात्रियों को भी बिठाया जा रहा था।
मैंने ₹2200 दिए, लेकिन ये सर्विस ₹1200 की भी नहीं थी।
सलाह: हंस बस से सफर बिल्कुल न करें — बहुत घटिया अनुभव रहा!

I had a very terrible experience with Hans Travels yesterday. The bus was in very poor condition — not maintained at all. Unfortunately, the bus met with an accident, and even after that, there was no proper help or support from the service provider.
It was Khurana Travels who came forward and helped the passengers — not Hans Travels.
As for the cause of the accident, it was around 20% due to road issues but 80% due to the negligence of the service provider. Most importantly, the driver was heavily drunk, which is completely unacceptable and extremely dangerous.
This is not travel — it’s maut ka khel (a game of death). I strongly do not recommend traveling with Hans Travels. Please ensure your safety and choose some other travel service.

Dear Hans Travels Team,
I traveled from Indore to Hyderabad on [Date] using your Volvo bus service, which departed from Star Chowkha at 15:20. Unfortunately, the bus arrived at 16:05, resulting in a delay.
While the overall experience was okay, I felt the cleanliness could be improved. My main concern, however, was the lack of a scheduled toilet break during the night after dinner. Several passengers requested stops, and the driver would occasionally say, We'll stop in a few minutes.
To improve the experience, I suggest scheduling a single, announced toilet break instead of multiple stops upon request. This would enhance passenger comfort and convenience.

Never travel in this horrible bus because it is the best of money if you have plenty of hours then definitely go for it... We booked this bus and was told that it will be on time at 9:00 a.m. in Lucknow but when I am writing the review it's 12:30 pm and we are still in this horrible bus so please I advise you do not book this bus in future.... I have no vendetta with this company this is totally based on my personal review so before you are booking this bus please read my review...

"In the morning, both the wheels came off at around six o’clock, and an accident was narrowly avoided. It could have been a very serious accident if the bus had overturned.
The service of this bus is absolutely terrible, the bus is not maintained at all, and the service is very poor. Never travel by this bus — if you care about your and your family’s safety."
