I booked the bus from East London to Cape Town on the 16 January 2024. When I got to the bus terminal I found people who were waiting since the previous day. I waited from 12.30pm till 6pm. I waited from 12.30pm till 6pm. Their office was closed and there was no response from their office as the number didn't get through. I never got my refund.

Guys please don't use this bus if u still care about your life, I booked it on the 29th of 2024 for the same day but afternoon around 7 they send us a message at 7 that the bus is delaying about an ho ... I saw a good few bad reviews after i booked a ticket for the 1 st of january 2024 to het to cape town as i had to be in cape town th 2nd of january 2024 fo ... I saw a good few bad reviews after i booked a ticket for the 1 st of january 2024 to het to cape town as i had to be in cape town th 2nd of january 2024 for a family emergency. Well on the 1 st we all got messages to say that the bus wont be going that day but will be leaving on the 2nd of jan. I had to buy another ticket for another bus service and i am still tryi g to get hold of ilulabus. I have emailed tried to phone and i got no response. All that i got from the email is proof that it has been received and someone will get back to me soon. Nothing has happened so far. All i want is my refund. And it is so sad to see a lot more people are suffering from this bus company and lack of response to people who they let down who is also begging for a refund as we where all inconvenienced and had to pay extra to make another plan or be stranded where you are.

My family and I experienced a great journey from Queenstown to Cape Town yesterday. The Ilula bus arrived on time, the seats were very comfortable and the bus was clean. As on today 16 desember I booked tickets for 15h40 with my wife and kids is almost 22h00 and yet the bus didn't arrive yet very poor and there are also people waiting

I am stranded as from now the bus was suppose to be here at 4:30pm and nothing and they are people that I got them here telling me they slept here even today we are here

Our bus was suppose to arrive in bellville at memontum at 7:35 but nothing they don't even send sms to tell you what is happening I'm so disappointed with this bus
