On the evening of August 31, 2025, around 10:00 p.m., I purchased a Rs. 3,500 ticket from the Delhi counter, sold to me by a man wearing a turban. In our brief exchange, he gave me the clear impression that after reaching Rajpura, their vans would take passengers directly to their homes in Patiala, not merely to the bus stop outside the city.
However, upon arrival in Rajpura, the van driver informed me he would only drop me at the bus stop. When I explained the assurance I had received in Delhi and mentioned my residence near Dukh Niwaran Gurudwara, the driver contacted his boss, who then spoke with the same ticket seller.
The man’s conduct was appallingly unprofessional—within minutes he became argumentative, disrespectful, and even accused me of lying. When I asked him to mind his language, he grew more arrogant and dismissive, claiming that people like me come to them daily and that he ‘feeds’ people like me regularly. Such insulting language is unacceptable in any customer service setting.
I emphasized that if my goal was simply to spend Rs. 3,500 for partway travel, I could have taken a taxi from Delhi airport. Having lived abroad for over 40 years, I expect basic courtesy, not this level of disrespect.
If Indo-Canadian continues to employ staff who lack manners and professionalism, it risks irreparably damaging its reputation and service quality. I strongly urge management to investigate this incident and take corrective action to prevent others from facing the same mistreatment.

I am writing the review on behalf of my wife, who traveled from Chandigarh to Delhi airport on 13th of February 2024. Honestly taking this opportunity to appreciate the outstanding service provided by the Indo - Canadian bus service. Even in mid of the road closures and uncomfortable circumstances the efficient drivers of Indo - Canadian were able to make it to the airport on time. Highly satisfied with the service and will recommend to the one who are looking for good bus service.
