The customer service worker helped me change my ticket! I was very grateful to reviece a fast reply. I was surprised at how small the bus was, but got there safely.

Asked to be 15 minutes early (and was) however, bus was 20 minutes late. So 35 minutes waiting outside on 16 Dec. is cold.
