Hi, I booked a bus that was supposed to leave from Park station at 7:45. I came early, checked in early but the bus never came, the stuff did not give an explanation about the delay. They made us wait outside in this cold weather, we were told that the bus is for special and can no longer take us even though we had booked prior. The bus I booked had toilet service and now we were transferred into another bus that left at 8:38 without toilets. Bad terrible service without explanation!!!!!! Pissed off

So I booked a bus ticket from JHB to Mossel bay on the 9th, to arrive on the 10th which departure was 15:30 and arrival was 10:00, cool my interview is on 11:00 so I thot I'm cool.... Did I not arrive ...
So I booked a bus ticket from JHB to Mossel bay on the 9th, to arrive on the 10th which departure was 15:30 and arrival was 10:00, cool my interview is on 11:00 so I thot I'm cool.... Did I not arrived at Mossel bay by 11:39, worse part is that this bus covers so many routes, how do you leave Gauteng, go drop and pick in Free state and Northern cape while heading to western cape? Ok cool never mind, I then thot I'll just take earlier bus next time.
Same day on the 10th July I have to return to JHB, then I had so many options but I just thot I can be loyal to this coach as I DNT know much about buses, I regret the thought already... Like I'm literally in the bus as I'm am typing, the bus is ice cold like I'm in a freezing room. The temp gauge is literally 4 degrees and we asked the driver I DNT know how many times and the guy just display attitude, I don't know if it's not working or he doesn't wanna use it or what....the passengers behind me also asked but the guy did not even respond.
So I couldn't sleep the time I was traveling o Mossel bay only because I did not want to get lost, hoping I will sleep when I come back.... Like now I can not sleep...the bus is soooooo dam cold.

Booked the bus from Bloemhof to Johannesburg supposed to leave at 03:00 AM and was supposed to catch another bus at Johannesburg. Bus was late and no notification was sent. I had to call the bus service numbers, the person who answered the call was friendly but then I was told the bus is delayed by 2 hours but there's another bus that will be passing here, I asked the operator to call that bus to pick me up as I am in a rush and had booked another bus, only to be told the driver can't be reached. How is it possible that a bus carrying passengers can't be reached. I am really disappointed.

Busses have never been on time and I am a frequent passenger. Ticket price went through the roof in a matter of 2 months. ( I am a pensioner )Had to change busses in Harrismith. Had an awful piercing noise all the way to pinetown. Some drivers on this route are friendly but others don't really care. I would recommend that something be done about the bus changes and the pickup times. But thanks for getting us safely to our destination.

We booked intercity express from Joburg to Byo and it was scheduled to depart at 1600 hours on 19/05/26. Surprisingly no such bus was available and we were forced into Eagle liner bus which was headed to Harare at 1800 hours without no explanation. The eagle liner drivers were very rude throughout the way. The bus was carrying all manner and sorts of luggage with other passengers drinking beer and smoking dagga. We changed buses after Beitbridge border post and this is where we found the intercity bus parked and waiting for Byo passengers. They gave excuses of diesel shortage but that does not redo the inconvenience caused on us passengers. In the future the company must learn to be honest and communicate properly with customers. We can’t book intercity express bus and find ourselves in your eagle liner chicken bus. The prices are not the same for those two buses and no one is talking of a refund.

The bus was extremely dirty, smelling like urine the entire trip. It felt like it had not been cleaned properly for a long time. Imagine travelling a long distance with such a bad smell — it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant.
The charging ports were also not working, which made the journey even more frustrating. Please improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the buses for passengers.

Aircon ,charging points not working, bus untidy looked like a dumped vehicle , worst thing and dangerous for passengers was the steering wheel it was like something the kids can play with in the yard, flooring and everything inside looked like we asked for a lift or we were taken to prison . We went to the depot to change for one that have charging points and aircon but still the same inside .I'm so disappointed cause it was my 1st time travelling with Intercity to Durban, note that the bus for Friday was neat and tidy and the floors covered and you could relax your feet . Worst bus service i ever travelled with cause maintenance and even the sound it made was not a one could relax and say that you are safe. Not sure i will use one of your buses as long as you treat your customers as animals, thanks for me
