Poor service till date I am still waiting for my refund. It's been 4 months....The experience is so tiring and frustrating. I don't know what to do anymore.

I traveled on the 23rd march at 4:30pm from East London to Johannesburg everything went when but I had a problem when I was coming back on the 30th from Johannesburg to East London traveling 6pm busw ... I traveled on the 23rd march at 4:30pm from East London to Johannesburg everything went when but I had a problem when I was coming back on the 30th from Johannesburg to East London traveling 6pm buswith my family, the driver was very restless over taking I couldn’t even sleep it felt like the bus did not care about us, I mean if the bus is late or rushing but bot with our life’s…. I recommend this bus to my family but I was very disappointed how the driver was driving

The bus was very late; and communication was sent that instead we will use eagle liner which also came late; very old and rusty. cockroaches everywhere , highly not recommend to anyone!!!!!

Intercity xpress has always been my go to but, I've never experienced any issues. However this time around I was very disappointed to see Cockroaches not just one but plenty, in between the chair, on ... Intercity xpress has always been my go to but, I've never experienced any issues. However this time around I was very disappointed to see Cockroaches not just one but plenty, in between the chair, on floor and in the heater. Some were going inside the bags were my food was kept. This is so unhygienic! Please at least spray or get pest control to spray the entire bus an this is not a good image.

This experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this service.

If you want peace of mind, Intercity Express is the way especially for long distance

The driver was very rude and kept reminding us he is the driver and if people doesn't do want he wants he will drop them off the road. The driver was very rude and kept reminding us he is the driver and if people doesn't do want he wants he will drop them off the road. When asked for something instead of assisting with response he starts swearing and fighting and threatening to shoot people. The bus driver of bus number 611 doesn't have good communication skill and customer service.

The stuff who were working night shift on the 23rd of December stole my cosmetics, and my charger. I lost my bag in the bus luckily the bus driver manage to find it but I was already gone then the bus ... you are lucky you even went ahead with your journey, they stole my money after i tried to cancel my trip. will NEVER recommend this bus
