The bus I took at night arrived an hour late and departed 1 hr 30 minutes late. The bus was extremely cold. The return bus was also late and the heater was extremely hot and the windows could not open. YALL NEED TO FIX THE HEATERS AND THE AIR CONDITIONERS. The toilet? Ohh God one could throw up in there, it is like yall do not even bother to clean them.

I wanna give a big shout out to the man weighing the luggage, very respectful, and kept us updated wrt the arrival of the bus as it was late because of an accident on the route. Also the driver, THULO, patient, respectful and professional, he also gave me a big lesson in how to travel and look after my luggage on the route.
Thank you Intercity Express for making my journey a pleasant one.

We should of been at Durban station at 6.30 we just left port shepstone. The bus smells like piss!! Management sort ur shit out. We paying for the trip it's not free we deserve to kept in the loop!

The bus driver who was the one driving us from Margate bus he was not Friendly at all he doesn't know how to speak with the passengers, he even threatened the leave behind one of the people I was with, further said he doesn't care whether we arrive late to our destination, and the was an elder person who was using a walking stick he drove off before he can even sit down, further said he leave the bus at Harrismith & drive with another bus of vehicle, his language was not appropriate to address us as customers he doesn't have respect at all. I bet that you going to loose customers due to the treatment we got from this driver

Me my husband and 2 children were traveling together but had to sit apart because everyone wants to sot alone .
Bring back the seat selection so that we can get what we pay for Now we have to sit separately because all the other people wants 2 seats and only paid for 1 ...
Very disappointed in this trip and this bus makes us feel unsafe ....

In Kokstad, we transferred to an old, non-Intercity bus (No Name) which had to return back to Kokstad due to its condition. We transferred to another old bus, National Express. Due to the poor service and fear for my safety, I decided to spend the night at the garage and take a taxi the next morning to continue my journey.
