Very disappointed with the service, the bus was supposed to be in East London train station at 8:30 am but until 11H00 my son was moved from Jacobs Bus to another one ,which I don't know because I was ... Very disappointed with the service, the bus was supposed to be in East London train station at 8:30 am but until 11H00 my son was moved from Jacobs Bus to another one ,which I don't know because I was not informed about these changes ,14 years old traveling alone ,thinking that my son is under a good supervision, but only to find out is going to be moved from one company to another for no reason than to be lazy to drop my child at East London safely, so that he can reach his final destination safe and on time. I will never recommend this bus to anyone of my family never .I'm not happy, anything can happen to that poor child ,who's going to take responsibility for that stupid decision.

The service is absolutely horrible I would never recommend it to anyone . Firstly the bus was late no communication it was 2 hours late and the number that is on the website is unreachable what a terr ... The bus was late we are told that we need to wait for people from East London we were suppose to depart at 16:15 it's now 17:11 still we are here it's the first time riding this coach I wouldn't recom ... What a disappointment 😞...I booked for a bus but we get an old sprinter with broken chairs...the west part the driver bring 3 empty cases of beer for 3 extra people to sit there ...we can't even eat ... What a disappointment 😞...I booked for a bus but we get an old sprinter with broken chairs...the west part the driver bring 3 empty cases of beer for 3 extra people to sit there ...we can't even eat because we were squeezed because of over load of 5 people...no communication nothing...when I call a office number ..the lady gave me another number to call ...when I call that number the guy gave me that number I called at first....they are playing hide and seek 😏😏😡😡😡😡

Bus suppose to be 18h00 no communication poor service such a bad experience for the first and the last time ,ended up being given to Badela such a lot of storries

I regret everything about this Jacobs coaches bus. My kids are still in King William's Town bus station since 15:00 and the time now is 21:18 and they keep on telling them that the bus is coming. I'm ... I regret everything about this Jacobs coaches bus. I wouldn't recommend this bus to anyone. I've such a horrible experience with this thing called jacobs

Firstly the was no communication what so ever with changing of time. Secondly the bus was supposed to departure at 18:20 but after all the searching of Contact information about it & commented about i ... Firstly the was no communication what so ever with changing of time. Secondly the bus was supposed to departure at 18:20 but after all the searching of Contact information about it & commented about it being late for half an hour they called me but still lied coz it only arrived at 20:16 then on top of that it wasn't even a bus but a quantum seriously? Worse part i wasn't even dropped at the cape town bus station but given short money to take a taxi to drop me in town wow, while other passengers were dropped what the hell. I will never ever recommend anyone to use the bus for long distance travels. You guys JECOBS COACHES HAS THE WORST SERVICE shame. Jecobs coaches sucks thats all
