Terrible service! I would never recommend it to anyone and they will never see my money again. 02/12/2025 I booked a bus from Cape Town to Mthatha. Bus was late, bus was dirty and had a bad smell. We ... Terrible service! I would never recommend it to anyone and they will never see my money again. 02/12/2025 I booked a bus from Cape Town to Mthatha. Bus was late, bus was dirty and had a bad smell. We had no choice but to get in as we had already paid. Our bus broke down at 5am logged a call and was promised a mechanic. Its now 11:54 no repairs on the bus nor alternative transport arranged nor cash refunds. We are still waiting. Service is very bad! Book it at your own risk.

Real f*cked up service is beyond bad, bus broke down right after leaving pick up point, been siting in this hot bus with lacking air control for hours without any hope or updates. Being accompanied by ... Being accompanied by a uncualified machanic says it all. how does the owner even allow a bus that is not in a good condition to even carry passengers.

Jobela stars is terrible, recently I have bought a ticket, and everything was confirmed until the day we had to travel, the driver was no familiar with the road, did not know how to even leave Cape To ... Jobela stars is terrible, recently I have bought a ticket, and everything was confirmed until the day we had to travel, the driver was no familiar with the road, did not know how to even leave Cape Town, we spent 2 hours finding our way out of Cape Town, and we were supposed to go to a funeral in the Eastern Cape the next day, the bus also broke down in Paarl, we had to find our way to their offices, when we asked for a refund, they refused, saying our travel was unauthorised. The bus was also smelly, the smell of urine was brewing in the bus, that company is a scam now, everything changed. To this day we haven't received our refund of R1200, both tickets for R600.
