I recently travelled with Jogeshwari Travels on 29th April from Mumbai to Bhopal along with my family (4 passengers), and unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
The condition of the bus was very poor and unhygienic. Throughout the journey, the bus was making continuous noise, which made the travel uncomfortable and stressful for all passengers.
In addition, the suitcase I had placed in the luggage compartment was badly damaged during transit. One of its wheels was broken, there were multiple scratches on the surface, and the suitcase was stained with grease and oil marks due to careless handling.
What was even more disappointing was the response from your team when I raised the issue and requested compensation for the damaged luggage and losses incurred. My request was completely refused, and no support or resolution was provided. This reflects a lack of responsibility towards passenger belongings and poor customer service standards.
Overall, the service quality, bus maintenance, hygiene standards, luggage handling, and customer support were far below expectations.
After this experience, I do not intend to travel with Jogeshwari Travels again, and I will also advise my friends and relatives to avoid travelling with your service due to the poor experience and negligence shown towards customers.
