We booked four seats on the Selcuk to Bodrum bus, and found it easy to book and pay. They even let you choose your seats! When we turned up to the bus depot 15 minutes prior, the man at the Kale Seyahat desk pointed out that we had tickets for a week out (not that day!), which sent us into a bit of a panic. The man was then extremely helpful and professional, helped us book four new tickets immediately (with now only 10 minutes before the bus was due to leave) and explained how to arrange to cancel and get a refund for our other tickets (through the Obilet app). I would like to sincerely thank the helpful employee of Kale Seyahat for helping our family through this mini crisis.
The bus ride itself was lovely - comfortable, air-conditioned, with USB charging ports in every seat and we even got a complimentary snack and drink! The only down side was no wifi. Overall this bus service was excellent value and I do not hesitate to recommend.

They lied to us telling that our bus will have big seats with a 2 and 1 seat configuration. The bus was late by more than 30mins and when it arrived, it had small seats with a 2 by 2 seating configura ...
They lied to us telling that our bus will have big seats with a 2 and 1 seat configuration. The bus was late by more than 30mins and when it arrived, it had small seats with a 2 by 2 seating configuration. We actually bought an extra seat to feel comfortable, so we feel cheated.
