Bas dari larkin ke batu pahat sangat kasar bahasa pada penumpang. Boleh cakap elok kan mentang penumpang muda kau nak tegur mesti kena kasar bahasa eh. Very rudee

Apart from the punctual departure time and comfortable seats, I feel nervous and unsafe by the drivers conduct. The driver has been on the phone since we left the bus depot, speaking loudly and still ... Apart from the punctual departure time and comfortable seats, I feel nervous and unsafe by the drivers conduct. The driver has been on the phone since we left the bus depot, speaking loudly and still going an hour into our ride. There has been times where he’s only got one hand on the wheel…and I also saw moments of no hands. I hope the bus operators brings this safety issue to the attention of their drivers…it’s a shame that everything else about the service was satisfactory but the most important being passenger safety was is not observed.

Poor bus services, ticket on 5.30pm, bus delayed until now 7.30pm. If cannot managed the bus on time please don't sell your ticket, better you decrease the trip and to make sure the bus services is go ... Ask the KKKL bus owner and management go to take Management course, how manage the transportation. Really hopeless and disappointed bus services.
