My husband and I accidentally purchased tickets online from this company on August 14, 2025, at 8:03 a.m., for a pleasant trip from Bijela to Budva. Since we boarded the bus on the side of the road in Bijela, I asked if it was going to Budva. From that moment on, he started yelling at me in his own language and insulting me. He treated Montenegrin citizens quite well but displayed an extremely racist attitude toward tourists. I want you to know that I will never choose companies that harbor such racist individuals and will continue to report my complaint to everyone everywhere. Especially to women: you can never, ever shout at them with your big, rude body. When we stopped at the terminal in Kotor, he also shouted at the top of his lungs at the tourists who wanted to board there. I saw his name on his ID badge; Zoran S. I request that appropriate action be taken. Never buy ticket form this company!!
