We booked a transfer via bookaway and the company Magical Sri Lanka had the privilige to bring us around. We are so very upset with how we where treated. First thing: we booked a transfer and after we ... We booked a transfer via bookaway and the company Magical Sri Lanka had the privilige to bring us around. We are so very upset with how we where treated. First thing: we booked a transfer and after we paid they said we needed to pay an additional fee because they thought it was to far, altough they knew the location beforehand. Second : after paying they said 5min before the pick up time : no its to far you need to walk to a certain destination. Third: after walking they told everyone in the bus its our fault that we were late and they where really rude and threw with our bags. 4: they skipped several locations because we were getting late. 5: they dropped us of in the rain like a kilometer downhill from the hotel. We got wet and I broke the wheels of my suitcase because of the road. All and all: Tourguide was rude. They broke the contract because of the different pick up and drop off location We paid extra Missed several location spots Broke my suitcase Got wet I have a hernia and they made us carry these heavy bags uphill on rough terrain I dont recommend anyone going with Magical Sri Lanka!!
