I bought the bus ticket in May 2022. I changed my plans for my trip to Italy. I was going to use this bus ticket at the end of September but I can not make it anymore. I was going to use this bus ticket at the end of September but I can not make it anymore. They have plenty of time to sell it to other person. I asked for a refund by email and on PayPal. Marozzi offered to give me a 80% refund and, according to them, to send the rest (around $16) to my American bank because I live in Miami. But my bank charges a $15 FEE for INCOMING WIRE TRANSFERS. So... I will get nothing! I explained to them I was only asking for them to refund through PayPal , as I used PayPal to pay them. They are showing a great level of disregard for their international clients. They do not care at all!

It said my credit card was blocked because they were unsure of the purchase. I called the company and assured them I wanted to make the purchase yet now it still wont go through. The card company said maybe Marozzi blocked us. Thank you if you can help us, we want to purchase 7 tickets and my card is very good
